I haven't been to a pizza hut since before COVID. The food was just ok, the service was on par but my bbq chicken pizza had lottle to no sauce and the atmosphere looked as if they never recovered from the epidemic.

On 8/28 around 5:30 i placed an order for carry out. this was my first time ordering from this location since i just moved into the area and was only 4 minutes away from where i live. when i got to the store, i stood in front of the counter and both employees were talking to each other and it took about a minute for them to assist me. i’ve worked at dominos before and our customers were always our priority. it doesn’t matter what type of conversation you’re having, you always assist the customer asap. on top of that, when i got home i noticed that some slices were bigger than the other. it was very poorly cut, when we would reach to grab a slice would have to rip it apart ? what really bothered me was the fact that our supreme was not only poorly cut but one side of the pizza was poorly cooked and seemed like they pulled it out the oven too early. i wasn’t going to feed it to my kids knowing it could get them sick. first time ordering was not such a good experience. please work on these issues and please your customers with better care ?

Terrible customer service. My order was an hour late. I was unable to contact the store, I tried 3 times. I also was not able to contact my doordash delivery driver. The driver switched which caused for concern. Very terrible experience.

I hate to write this review because I've always liked this pizza hut, but unfortunately, this location, as well as Pizza Hut's corporate customer service gave me the worst experience. On Friday April 5th, I placed an order for curbside pickup. I was running errands, and placed the order in the early afternoon after I got off of work. I arrived at the Pizza Hut 2 hours later to pick my food up. Of course because I placed the order 2 hours prior to this, I figured my food would maybe not be hot, which would have been fine with me. When I arrived and alerted them that I was there, my first issue was that nobody ever came outside to bring my food. After waiting for about 20 minutes I decided to go inside to get it. As soooon as I walked into the lobby, there was a large mass of customers, all of which were very disgruntled/upset. Apparently this Pizza Hut had messed up multiple people's orders, as well as other issues. After waiting inside for about 15 minutes, I was finally able to get to the counter to speak with an employee. I told them that I had been there, (between in my car outside and standing in the lobby), for 40 minutes, and I was there to get my supposed curbside order. The person at the register, which was the only person up front dealing with all these irate customers, went to look for my food. After looking in the same exact area 4 times, he told me that he didn't know where it was. I then asked to speak to a manager. I happened to see the manager on duty, and this man was chilling and hiding behind a wall toward the back area. I loudly but politely asked could he come speak to me and he did. I told him my issue, and he did not seem too concerned. He did not apologize at all. He did proceed to look in the same area that the other employee looked in and told me he would figure out what happened. He did not! He ran back to the back area again. At this point I'd been there over a hour, and when he came back he lied to me and told me they had messed my order up and threw it away. I knew it wasn't true because I observed them giving wrong orders to multiple customers and doordash drivers. He told me they would remake my food quickly. This took forever as well. They finally gave me my food after I'd been there almost 2 hours. I asked what sort of compensation I would receive for this horrible inconvenience and the manager simply said "yea we will do something for you". They did nothing. I asked him for his name and he would not give it to me. He just went back to the back again. I took my food and left. I then called the corporate customer service and they told me someone would reach out to me in 2-3 business days. The next day I received the automated survey about my experience and I told the truth again about my horrible experience. Fast forward to May 20th. Over a month and a half later and I STIIIIIILL NEVER heard from anyone from Pizza Hut. I called them again and had to retell the whole story. They said there was no supervisor they could transfer me to, but someone would reach out in 2 business days. It is now May 23rd, and I still have not heard a word from anyone. Almost 2 months later, after my 2nd call, and I still have heard nothing. I spent $30 that day, and had my evening ruined. Placed the order and didn't get food until almost over 4 hours later. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, especially from the corporate office. They do not care about their quality and or customers apparently. Pizza Hut corporation should be ashamed of themselves!!! I will never go to one again and I advise everyone else not to as well. If you want good quality and to be heard and treated properly where you decide to spend your money, please don't go to PIZZA HUT!!

This place has been there since I was a kid in the early 90s. Times has changed but this place still brings back childhood memories. I ordered the personal pan and it was on point as it always been.

Pizza hut is usually a good buy, the food is pretty much the same and uniformed menu however this particular location is pretty bad, the pizza was given to me very cold and the dough seemed hard as if the pizza was reheated and not reheated properly nor long enough, I ordered some cheesy bread and I was given plain old white sliced bread like the one you buy for sandwiches at 7/11 with a bunch of tasteless unrelated mozzarella cheese, it looked like something I would make during my bachelor days after a long night of drinking, just something to fill my stomach so I can minimize the effects of alcohol. In a nutshell I'm not going back to this location and I hope other locations do better than this one
