The food was good, my only complaints is the size of wings and legs very small compared to my last visit, I didn't taste the spicy flavors of old (I blame the company cutbacks) color and appearance was there but no spicy flavors

Poor customer service 30 min before closing time. Didn’t acknowledge me at the pick up window when I asked if I could make an order. The worker slammed the window in my face and the other workers knew and didn’t care to help me either. The floor was also disgusting so I wouldn’t recommend eating there anyway.

Rude customer service, lied about meal deals that's readily available online. Served me dry old hard biscuits, beans and rice was absolutely garbage!! The drive thru server gave me attitude when I asked for butter, for the dry day old biscuits. Never again!!!

I placed an online order which was going to be picked up by my dad, which has been done before. But I had to be called from my dad who is picking up our family dinner because the employee stated they needed my location. Which I was home SICK, he even had the confirmation of the order placed . Not only that they took so long to give the order they didn’t even give all my items. My dad waited for biscuits that never made it to the bag. Not only that the sauces are missing too which are paid for 😒. Mind you this is not the first time that items are missing from the order. I gave plenty of chances before because I get that as humans we make mistakes but this is just too much. Y’all have to do better!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE LATE NIGHT. They lied on here about their hours. They said they're open late. I'm here at 11:13pm. The lady at the pick up window claimed they're closed. Im guessing they're only doing food delivery services.
