Ths service was good. However, the $3.50 up charge for a house salad is ridiculous. The house salad should come with the meal. A special salad may have an up charge. Red Lobster needs to regroup and reevaluate their food prices. I don't mind paying for what I get, however, I have a problem over paying. JLW

Mick is an excellent server and a great asset to Red Lobster. He made us feel welcome and invited. He made this visit memorable. The food was equally great. It was served at the proper temperature and it was very tasty. We ordered the crab boils. Mick made wonderful recommendations. Thanks for a great meal. We even had some leftovers.

I had an amazing experience at this location tonight. Ka la was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. She greeted me with a smile and provided an A-1 experience throughout my dinner. I have been going to Red Lobster for years and this has by far been one of my best experiences. Thank you Ka-la and Red Lobster. I will be sure to come back

We eat here each year for one of our family member birthday. This year was awesome. Crystal came in and was organized with the way she addressed our large party. She was knowledgeable about how the kitchen worked in order to ensure we got our food out all together and out in a timely manner. She spoke professional and looked professional and she CARED for us. Some of our party is elderly and she was attentive and spoke louder so that they could here but she did it in a way that was professional. Someone needs to promote this woman!! Everything was orderly, timely and we did not have to ask for anything because she was already on it with the refills, to go bags, containers and on top of all of that she broke out and sang happy birthday with her crew/staff...how wonderful is this woman and her sidekick (Gabby) that was right there at her side the entire time. What a lovely pair...I hope to see them here next time , but in management positions!!! 😀
Great Friday night solo dining experience! Ka-la, my server provided exceptional service in the bar area. Not only was Ka-la pleasant and courteous, she was attentive in her service delivery to the point of bringing a drink refill before I even had to request. Her professionalism and jovial demeanor were the plus to my enjoyable meal. Kudos to Ka-la for ensuring me a delightful dining experience!
