Monique was amazing. She was accommodating, kind, prompt and attentive. She made experience feel elevated. She served us with a smile and made us feel warm and welcomed from the moment she approached us. When I come back I will be requesting to be seated in Monique’s section because she’s the gold standard. 10/10 would recommend.
One thing I felt was lacking with other servers was professionalism. From the time I walked in they were all (Monique was not a part of this) congregating around the computer next to the first table using profanity to discuss relationships and it continued for some time. Between that and the constant yelling, and cursing coming from the kitchen, it definitely took away from the experience somewhat.

My first time back at Red Lobster 🦞 the food was really good the waitress was professional and nice the cheddar bay biscuits were ok I think it needs more garlic butter and they weren't like fresh hot out of the oven but out side of that everything else was good 👍

I have been eating Fried shrimp 🍤 at Red Lobster for decades. Recently (last week)I discovered the quality of the shrimp is the worst ever 😞. The shrimp doesn't appear to be fresh and probably processed . Red Lobster today is not the high quality restaurant that I have come accustomed to in the past. I will not visit the Restaurant or the Chain of Restaurants (Red Lobster) ever again. Shut them all down . A waste of money and a waste of time
