The manager was smoking a cigarette in the front of the store door when I came to pick up. He was also rude. The staff didn’t even speak to me (the only one here waiting ….bad attitudes all around. And SMOKING AT THE ENTRANCE IS DISGRACEFUL

In addition to sitting in line for a long time, my order was wrong and what I finally received was a cup of soy milk which was suppose to be a grande. soy latte. I always see a line here and now I know they are slow or maybe unorganized, understaffed. Not sure what happened but this was my first and last stop at this location.

Very slow...every time.
While team members are nice and kind the speed of service is very slow and messy. Seems understaffed and not correctly organized on any shift. The service had decay in the past year considerably.

This is the most busy slowest over crowded location. every time. parking lot is always full and hard to get out of and into. Just avoid this location all together. drive thru is also slow. always.

I mistakenly ordered my 3 drinks order on another location!

Being a student, 20$ was a big thing for me and I thought there goes my money!

But Khairi stepped up and made me my order. She was the sweetest, took a look at my drinks and immediately assured me that she will take care of them!

This made me and my whole family's entite night, 10 of 10 for everything!

Extremely slow workers every time I come to get coffee from them it takes about 15 to 20 minutes and about 12 minutes to 15 in drive-through

It’s also very dirty inside it’s disgusting to drink a coffee inside. The tables are very messy.

This big guy called Zizo. I asked him to remake my coffee because it was watery. He talks to me in an attitude tells me I have to wait 15 minutes because you say he’s busy

Poor service here…don’t make customers waster their time, process a mobile order just to leave an empty wrapper of an item written in sharpie “out of stock”. Simply update your mobile ordering so items unavailable cannot be ordered. Horrible service and this is the second time this has happened hence the reason for this review.
