Extremely slow workers every time I come to get coffee from them it takes about 15 to 20 minutes and about 12 minutes to 15 in drive-through

It’s also very dirty inside it’s disgusting to drink a coffee inside. The tables are very messy.

This big guy called Zizo. I asked him to remake my coffee because it was watery. He talks to me in an attitude tells me I have to wait 15 minutes because you say he’s busy

Poor service here…don’t make customers waster their time, process a mobile order just to leave an empty wrapper of an item written in sharpie ā€œout of stockā€. Simply update your mobile ordering so items unavailable cannot be ordered. Horrible service and this is the second time this has happened hence the reason for this review.

I’ve always had great experiences at this Starbucks location in the past — friendly staff and great coffee. But this week has been really disappointing. For the past three or four days, I haven’t been able to get my favorite coffee drink because the front counter keeps saying the coffee machine is broken. When I ask when it will be fixed, they just say they don’t know. I hope this gets resolved soon because I really enjoy coming here for my coffee, but lately it’s been frustrating.

I sincerely hope that management team members are reading the reviews and takes into consideration what the customers are saying about this location. The customer service is extremely poor & careless. It’s unfortunate the structure of the drive-through prevents you from getting out of line when you find out that they are out of an item and/or they’ve made a rude comment while you’re trying to place your order. I’ll drive a little further to go to the other locations—-better service.

I don’t like posting negative reviews, and I almost always regret it later, but this is an honest review. Bought coffee here twice on Saturday and once on Sunday this weekend because it’s close to the Hampton Inn where we were staying. Saturday morning was great, though service was notably slower than most Starbucks. Saturday at Noon and Sunday morning was painfully slow, as others have mentioned, and the store was out of cold brew and pumpkin spice at Noon on Saturday and the drive through was 40 minutes long (and you get trapped in the drive through line just to find out they are out of the stuff you came there for). Sunday at 6am opening they were still out of pumpkin spice (my daughters are pumpkin fans) in the middle of September. Very disappointing. To be fair this location is crazy busy, so I’m sure it’s a challenge to manage. From the reviews it sounds like service is an ongoing issue unfortunately, so I recommend finding a different Starbucks - one with better / faster service and inventory management.

I had a great experience today at this location 11 am. My drink was so refreshing and delicious. The customer service went above and beyond. I loved the energy and enthusiasm of the guy who took my order. Best customer service ever.!! I would also like to mention that he greeted me in Spanish and that was special for me because I’m very proud of my roots.
