Please don’t waste your time. I visited this place on 6/21/25 around 6:30pm & 87 degrees outside. The lack of products was truly shocking. Basically nothing to choose from.

I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. It's a Sweet Frog, so the self-serve frozen yogurt experience is consistent with the brand. This location has a good fresh fruit selection and it's a refreshing addition on a hot day, albeit a bit pricey.

I went here with my daughter and I was happy to see a box of gloves near the bowls and waffle cups with a sign instructing customers to use them. However, when we got to the counter for the toppings, the person behind the counter was not wearing gloves. I noticed that their co-worker was wearing gloves and asked them to please put on gloves before assisting us. The employee put on one glove and used a bare hand to get the toppings. Seems pointless to encourage customers to wear gloves if employees will disregard health code requirements.

This year’s experience at SweetFrog has been a major improvement compared to last year. The store was exceptionally clean, and the staff were noticeably friendlier and more welcoming. They were especially patient and kind with my kids, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear that the team enjoys what they do, something that wasn’t as evident in the past. I was also thrilled to see that they’ve added the green apple flavor! Overall, the current team has really stepped it up, and it shows in both the atmosphere and service.

I love this sweetfrog for its cleanliness and kind workers, I took my kids today and I was happy they had Disney music playing, very family friendly. so glad they brought back the colored spoons. just wished they had mochi 10/10

02/10/2025- We stopped at the Woodmore Shopping Center to go to “Sweet Frog” for a treat!!! I put every flavor of sorbet and non-dairy ice creams ( pomegranate, strawberry, orange, mango, lemon, pineapple, etc.,) into my cup and topped it all off with fresh cut strawberry fruit, blueberries and wet walnuts! Yum! Yum! Yum! What a delicious delight!

This is the best frozen yogurt place. They always have so many flavors. It’s actually hard to choose from. And they keep the standard ones also which is great for coming back to the ones you like. Prices are expensive, but no more expensive than any of the other yogurt places if you can’t control the amount that you want to eat.
