The food is trash here the burritos I paid to get modified didn’t have modifications and they were all tortilla and no filling .. the tacos are cold and soggy, the nachos were not it.. the only good thing were the drinks

I don’t go to Taco Bell often but I’ve never had issues with food quality until today. An extremely long hair was in my potatoes and I am extremely grossed out. Less notably they did not even bother cutting my quesadilla and the steak chalupa supreme was very dry with literally a fingertip of sour cream and the wrapping was very stale. $17 down the drain. Never again.

drive thru customer service has consistently been above and beyond. very courteous and nice. even when I come late night. it's been a pleasant surprise and sticks out in a good way compared to service at other spots

Drive through staff is always super friendly! They are so patient with me and they double check to make sure I have my order right.

Service is terrible, every time I come here something goes wrong with my order, the manager always has a nasty attitude, and I stg next time they fill my entire cup with ice after asking for light ice, I will jump through the window lol. When I got my food, I got it with my fries upside down in the bag with them spilled everywhere, my chalupa wasn’t even wrapped and spilled all over the bag. I kid you not, the photo shows how the food came.

They are too slow, there is a long line of vehicles outside to take an order, what fast food is, they should be more practical and faster to serve the customer.
