I've mainly done take out at this restaurant so I can't really talk about the service, But I've always enjoyed with the food. Food just tastes really good no complaints. But I do have one gripe with this restaurant and that is the cost of a single mango lassi, I think it is beyond crazy that I am paying $6.50 for less than 12 oz, most restaurants will give you a 16 oz at that price. Can I get it that's a cost of food and everything has gone up and things are not as cheap but $6.50 for an 8.5oz to maybe 10 oz cup is crazy. And it wasn't filled to the burn it's because I shook it that it looks like It was filled.

I love this restaurant so much! You know a restaurant is doing something right when no matter what you get on the menu it tastes good (in my opinion of course). My favorite meal is the lamb chops. But I’ve also had their vegetable korma, fried fish, and spicy lamb tibs. I’ve enjoyed them all the same. My main gripe is the portion size. While the food tastes amazing, I feel like for the price paid we should get more food. Also the staff could be a little friendlier. I understand when it’s busy you might not greeted with a smile but I’ve come at different times and it’s always the same level of disinterest. Other than those two things, I still think the food is yummy enough to keep coming back.

Our friends brought us here and we enjoyed the dosa and korma with lamb along with a mango lassi and fried vegetable appetizer. The food was tasty and the dipping sauces were delicious. We have had better elsewhere but this is still a place I would visit again if I’m in the area!

Ordered takeout here based on the positive reviews, the lamb Rohan Josh was ok, chewy and greasier than the normal spot I go to, but ok. Expensive for what I got. The thing that gets me is that they added their own tip, despite me writing the total! My card was charged for 5$ more than what it should have! Absolutely ridiculous and abhorrent, do better!

We are original from NYC - where Indian food has not limits. Food at Amber spice was authentic and delicious. They definitely can compete at a high level of spices and flavor. We are foodies and were pleasantly surprised with the tastes.
Will be visiting when we are in Maryland again.

Unfortunately, I have to give 1★. I’m quite unsatisfied. The atmosphere is nice, but the food is far from authentic. The biryani tasted like plain rice mixed with some curry and lacked any aroma.

They served “combatore” (which I assume was meant to be a crispy, potato-masala-stuffed dish), but it was soggy and oddly sweet.

The aloo paratha was more like a stuffed naan rather than the traditional version.
