America's Best Wings in Laurel

THIS IS NOT AMERICA’S BEST WING’S!! It’s very frustrating when I place an order on DOORDASH for America’s BEST wing’s and find out that this location is called “America’s Wings” under the guise of Americas’s Best Wing’s online! The menu and restaurant atmosphere is almost the EXACT same. They need to update their business name to the correct one so there is NO confusion! On DOORDASH as well as all online platforms!!

America’s Best Wings on Rt. 1 is trash.

Me and my husband went there and ordered wings - husband ordered 2 boneless meals. The manager, Ms. Jane, made 2 bone-in meals. When my husband told them that the order was wrong, they literally said “oh well”. They refused to make the correct order, and refused to issue a refund. Basically, the manager said “take what you get”.

I’m really not one to complain or leave negative reviews - but when I spend $41 on 2 wing meals - and they’re made wrong and literally nothing is done to rectify, I have an issue with that. The manager refused to come speak with me (I’m literally 2 weeks or less away from giving birth, so I pose no physical threat to anyone), refused to provide the name of the store owner or any corporate information. She locked the door to the back room and said she was busy.

Overall terrible service and experience. I would never go back to that store again. I feel like they do this all the tome to people, but they will never get another penny of my money.

Just a heads up - check your order before and after you pay at this terrible place.

Best customer service I had today

Do not trust the price list that is in Google map, those pictures are outdated and the owner doesn't seems to be bothered to change it.

the actual price is higher, so I end up paying 11 dollars for a single sandwich, just a average sandwich.

Somehow, The store seems unprepared, no napkin, the food wasn't ready when I went there after I called at least 10 minutes ahead, and the front lady called me at a wrong name after I corrected her.

Old bay honey wings were tasty and fried just how I like. But I paid extra for all flats and got mostly drums—only 4 out of 10 were flats. Not cool. If I'm paying extra, I expect to get what I ordered.

Very rude customer services

The woman at the front desk ignored the online order so it was never sent back. The cook in the kitchen also ignored the ticket. When I asked its taking over 30 mins to get a wrap out she kept saying I don’t know maybe he did not c it. The store was slow. The cashier service was awful. All she did was sit and look around instead of going back and asking y it’s taking to long. Really bad service.

We went to this establishment yesterday 06/12/2025 to get 20 Buffalo wings and boneless flat chicken. The person who took our order decided to mess it up. made an error on the cash register for 10 pcs instead of 20. We were overcharged $22.89 for 10 pcs Buffalo wings !! The Asian lady who’s the manager was very rude, and kept rolling her eyes when we calmly tried to explain that we wanted to buy 20 buffalo wings. And she blamed us for the mistake !! She even said why didn’t you look at the cash register! Very poor customer relations and the wings were too salty in taste.

Couldn't ask for anything more. Great food. The hostess was nice and professional. The food was great. Wasn't happy that I had to park in the rear because the parking lot was full. But it's not their fault.

Food was delivered in a plastic bag unsecured. The container was not secured and the bag wasn't secured. Called the store to inform & the lady that answered tonight hung up the phone 4xs. I threw the food in the trash. They also charge the customer the amount they pay the delivery driver.
