No toilet paper in rest room and toilet seat wet and dirty.
Too expensive for what you get.

I dont go that often but this is the third time ive been here in the last 3 months and all 3 times they didnt have any of the icecream I wanted. All they said is they were out. What are the odds they are still out the next time I go too? Seems pretty likely.
I don’t know who was working tonight Between 630 and 645 I always get ice cream here. Bring my kids all the time for two scoops. It didn’t even go above the cup. I bought three of those for $21. I could’ve bought five tubs of ice cream this place ridiculous. Two scoops for seven dollars I usually get it and it goes above the rim at least
The Baskin Robbins is terrible in this location. Very limited flavors, no hot fudge to make a sundae and the woman working the counter had the most disinterested attitude that bordered on rudeness. This location needs tremendous improvement and a staff retrain.
Ordered a pralines & cream milkshake, dude scooped from just the chocolate section. Not to mention why does it have chocolate in the first place? The shake sucked!
The quality of service sucks. ZERO work ethics. Never have all the flavors.

Went in there recently it was at least 85 degrees in there, very limited ice cream selection and what was available was yogurt. Always out of bananas, nuts, etc Only one person behind the counter on a Sunday afternoon. Not welcoming at all

Filthy floors. Poor customer service. Felt like we were a bother by just being there. Milkshakes were so soupy. Don't think we'll be returning.

Every time I've been to this place they never have bananas. They didn't have whipped cream, they didn't have waffle cone, they were missing many products.

The ice creams are really good, the cakes are very small although they taste very good, but the employees have very bad service, people who at first glance I can tell they don't like the work and serve customers very poorly! bad service and even if a place is very good food if they serve customers poorly I won't return

It's probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts i have ever visited. The two employees did not acknowledge our existence and even said "thank goodness" when we left after being unattended. A lot has changed for the worse in this location.

WHY ARE THEY OUT OF MULTIPLE FLAVORS AT 3PM ON A WEEK DAY. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
Order of Uber eats got half my order and the fresh packed was a joke. This is the second time this has happened. So never again. Be better
