The ice creams are really good, the cakes are very small although they taste very good, but the employees have very bad service, people who at first glance I can tell they don't like the work and serve customers very poorly! bad service and even if a place is very good food if they serve customers poorly I won't return

Gregory was kind, courteous and gave exceptional customer service. I picked butter pecan ice cream in a cup for my birthday ?. It was absolutely delicious.

It's probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts i have ever visited. The two employees did not acknowledge our existence and even said "thank goodness" when we left after being unattended. A lot has changed for the worse in this location.

The young man working in there tonight (4/13/23) was by himself! And he was serving everyone quickly and with a smile. He hurried without appearing rushed. He had excellent eye contact and and treated everyone nicely. It was a pleasure coming in there today. Sorry we are only passing through this state or this would be a regular place for us.

People here don't like to work if I ask them for a sandwich or something to eat they make ugly faces and tell me I don't have it as long as they don't sell all the time they do the same they have bad service they are not sociable I'm sorry for the owner I should hire friendly people not despot like the two people who are in the morning.

I've been to the (relatively) new dunkin dohnuts - baskin robbins combo store. I've actually gone to the drive through 3 times, I have yet to get anything because I've left after waiting what I consider was too long each of the three times. I know work-ethic is a thing of the past, but if these people are being paid, they have to start to do something even if it does inconvenience them a bit.

Great ice cream! The reason I gave it three stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ is because they never have supplies. The lastime I was there they were out of bananas and my wife wanted a banana split. The precious time they were out of regular cones. And this time they were out of the banana split dish so they make it on a cup.It’s not the fault of the employees. They just work with what they have. So the store gets a low rating.

Every time I come into this location, the customer service sucks. It's takes forever for someone to greet you, get your order taken, and receive your item. I waited for a small coffee for over an hr once. I only waited because I already paid and the team members on duty that day didn't know how to do refunds. Smh!

Stopped in today and I was shocked at how dirty their little restaurant was!! There were 2 teens running the place and not a customer in sight. The 2 employees were very nice when I arrived but were just hanging out prior to that. The floors had napkins and crumbs and bits of litter all over. The ice cream case glass was filthy! The register counter had food and trash all over it. I'm sure it gets worse but I had to get out. Not sure if the franchise owner cares or not but I think corporate definitely would care.

When we arrived there were 3 people waiting. My kids wanted ice cream to celebrate the last day of summer. I wish we would have went somewhere else. There were 2 workers behind the counter and both appeared to be making drinks. No one welcomed us or said it would be a few minutes, they just kept their backs to us and continued making drinks. I assumed it was a large order. It wasn't. They had just gotten 1 order wrong 4 times in a row. When the female worker finally decided to ask what we wanted, I asked for 2 double scoops of ice cream that my kids wanted. The girl makes an attempt to scoop the first one (hidden treasure) and stops and says, "this is too frozen, do you want to wait for it to melt? Or do you want to come back?". I used some explicit verbiage and declined. She then takes another 5 minutes to scoop the remaining 4 scoops and places them on the counter. They were not full scoops at all. The male worker apologized for the delay and I paid and left. What should have been a 5 minute end of summer treat turned into a 20 minute trip for crappy freezer burnt ice cream.

This is the worst basking robins I've been too. The counter and floors was sticky and dirty. The ice was already melted and separating from fruit. The employees were not rude but were not welcoming . I got my hard blueberry and hard jelly filled donut and left without incident. Needless to say I will not be return.

This place is completely filthy! I mean with Covid going on, there should be an encouragement to help keep your environment CLEAN and germ free as much as possible. The fact that food is served here is disturbing. This comment is coming from a true source. Real Talk I hope I see or at least here about a change at this store.
