Server did not want to seat the first arrivals (total 10) until everyone arrived. Crazy! Manager agreed and at least we started coffee and then could eat in a staggered pace. We had a commitment afterwards so it worked out. Good food like always!

Bob Evans provides delicious food, but their service/logistics needs significant improvement, especially in delivering on their promises. For two consecutive years, during our Thanksgiving corporate lunch, the team at the Laurel, Maryland location failed to have the order ready on time, making my guest wait extra hours. The first year, they outsourced delivery to a third party who fell short, the issue was with the third party, but also at Bob's evans for not keeping track, yet we decided to give them another chance. This year, even with a designated pick-up, my colleague was left waiting for an hour because the food wasn’t ready. Overbooking should be transparently managed on their website or communicated upfront. Two years of disappointment have left us with a clear decision to take our business elsewhere next year.

I ordered the Farmhouse feast for 4 with turkey. I get home and it's ham. I was going to go back but it just wasn't worth it. I also added the sweet potato and extra gravy. It wasn't ready. It just seemed unorganized. It's supposed to be for 4 people. They gave me half a container of stuffing. I don't think I'll be returning. The rolls are good.

I got my DoorDash 39 minutes after ordering and the biscuits might as well have been hockey pucks and the potatoes, pieces of scorched wood but the eggs scrambled with cheese were good.

Manager on duty stated the order cancellation will need to be done through online application! Horrible customer service & Not Recommended!

It’s a totally under-rated place. The food was really good and good price. The staff were so friendly! The atmosphere was okay. It’s not your average sit down restaurant. Other than that it was a great restaurant, the food came out quickly.

Not for me. Terrible service, all the food came out wrong-ish…asked for mayo on side and was on sandwich. No onions…on sandwich. Chicken seemed freshly microwaved and chewy.
Too many better options in the area to risk a roll of the dice again here.

I understand they were pretty busy..he seated us in the back and forgot about us we waited for 45 min no one came to take our order or beverage order, we walked out.been there in the past no complaints...this time the lack of not being acknowledged.
