I love this Bob Evans location. From when I lived around the corner to now just visiting the service and food quality have never disappointed me. The hosts and servers are always pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious every time.

Ordered through Doordash, here visiting their are 2 stores 3. 1 miles away, which ever one filled our order is very disappointing, hash browns were burnt to a crispy glob and the cup of milk wasn't full.

Problems with the store: - manager being defensive when customers have a complaint or an issue with the food - inconsistency with food quality whether being burnt or being made correctly - and this is more of a Bob Evans issue less of this locations issue a lot of the food is not seasoned properly and portions getting smaller
Very nice atmosphere and a great menu with reasonable prices. My only suggestion is to make the point with your server that you want your food served hot … unmelted shredded cheese on a “warm only” omelette was disappointing and the home fries were pretty much the same temperature.

The manager is very argumentative, he doesn't listen to your concerns. Just tries to talk over you. I've ordered food over a dozen times on line from the same Restaurant each time its a different problem, today I ordered my usual the lemon chicken trio, Normally without asking the gravy comes in a separate container to keep it from getting all over the rest of the food. Apparently it's just depends on the cooks on duty, today the gravy was all over the place, when I asked the manager why it wasn't separated he gives me this long spill about that's the Bob Evans way to have the gravy all over the meal, doesn't matter the sides on the plate. Today it was mixed in with the green beans, because it had ran all over the trey. Then the portions seem to get smaller and smaller but the prices are steady going up. I'll take my business elsewhere, where the customer is respected more. Also I added a 20% tip to the bill, so it wasn't that.
