They DO NOT have cini minis!
I came 2 or 3 times in the morning and they never had it, why is in the menu if they don’t want to cook it.

they are doing the typical lazy move and thats using the tea brewer to mass brew coffee in the morning (instead of using all the coffee brewers they have) so the rest of the day the sweet tea is just heavily tainted with coffee

I went through the drive thru just around 11:55 pm on October 26th (2025) and the young man at the window was so kind and went the extra mile for my order. Didn't get his name, but I really appreciate everything he did. I know late nights can be rough, especially with life as is. If he reads this, thank you!!! :-)
As for other times I've been to this Burger King location, everyone has been kind and gets me my order as quickly as possible. I've only ever had one mishap where they forgot my sauce - even though that's not an issue at all - but that's why I keep extras. I genuinely love the service at this location and have never found any of their employees to be unfriendly or bad with timing.

By far the WORST customer service. The food is pretty good but the customer service is awful. They aren’t welcoming. You won’t be greeted or acknowledged, when ordering food they act like you’re inconveniencing them. While placing your order in the drive thru, all you’ll hear is sighing and an aggressive tone and it’s always from this one particular employee (idk their name). You’ll be told items aren’t on the menu when you’re literally looking at it. It’s very disappointing. One of the young ladies behind the register looked like she wanted to fight because I something was missing from my order. If you don’t want to interact with customers, then don’t work in customer service/fast food. It’s simple.

Don’t waste your time coming here after 10. Half the crew is in the back smoking. And then your entire order will come out bad. These people are Incapable at night
I ordered the kids meal for my granddaughter. He gave me a regular bag & with no toy. I saw the Scooby box next to him, they were not out of stock. I also did not get the buffalo sauce for her nuggets. Do better!

We came through and had to repeat our order six times for them to get it right, and even then they still got it wrong. The guy taking our order was super quiet and refused to speak up. He was rude and it was clear that he didn't want to be there. I've worked fast food my whole life and would have been written up for that kind of behavior.

The Staff was very Attentive and Pleasant. The Dine in area very clean. This Store should be used as a Training Model. I loved it
