We were there today and we paid $54 one doble whopper was missing. Is not fair that they dont do the order correctly. We paid for it! I wasnt free.

I went to this restaurant in November of last year and the young ladies and gentlemen were very unprofessional food was fine but overall behavior around customers was terrible I emailed the owner and he took care of my complaint because since then I've been here several times and have not seen anything resembling the behavior fr9m my vist in November 2024 keep up the good work

Must say this is a clean fresh ingredients Burger King other burger kings have been a disappointment the ingredients weren't fresh but here everything was very good the young ladies were very helpful pleasant neat and courteous. Burger King in Baltimore are trash even Hunt Valley ..Bravo to this Corridor Marketplace location.

I live right down the street from this location so I stop by to eat here once a month or so. Its usually a hit or miss when it comes to service here but today it was a great hit! Kiara J is so awesome! Kind, friendly, great eye contact and got everything right. And since I am not to keen of sauces/condiments, she made sure my sandwich was done right. Kiara J gets 20 stars for her personality, service and a great smile. Thank you for having her on your team !

I went to Burger King in the corridor marketplace Laurel, Maryland And experienced some amazing customer service. the young lady who took my order asked me how I was doing. I Responded that today Had been a difficult day. she expressed her empathy. It was When I was at cashier window that this young woman showed her kindness by listening to my tragedy with compassion in a meaningful way. The owner came to the pickup window and expressed his sympathies. These two genuine expressions of kindness are the foundation of humanity. And today? This Burger King restaurant served up more than just a meal. Thank you, Cyrus, Sharon, and Tavia!

I ordered a whopper combo medium size and the fries box is not even full looks more like a small size, they are stealing from the community, I ask for some more ketchup i the lady at the window said is only 3 ketchup packages per order,
Parking: Limited parking at the BK. But there's plenty of parking nearby.

I thought things would've changed since the last time I came here. The store could have a few people in it and you could wait an unnecessary time just to get your order placed, if you wait that long. There was 1 person finishing up in line when I walked in. I literally waited 20 minutes and still no order placed. I just walked out. Same thing happened last time. Close it down or give us better service..
