Always love going to this place! This is the only place I get cupcakes from, for friends and employees. They have so many great and creative flavors at a great price. The cupcakes are very moist and the icing tastes amazing!

I'm giving this a 3 before I give it anything lower because I have not tasted the cake. But I'm asked what color cake I would like and I say purple and gold I expect to see gold other than the cake board. I'm very disappointed in the appearance of this cake for over a hundred dollars the staff who waited on me was ill-equipped to address my concerns. If you were only emphasizing the decorations on the cake and not the cake itself say what color would you like to decorations to be not what I want the cake to be because I'm extremely disappointed I'm going to change the right into two maybe the taste of the cake will have me increase it by a star. But at this point I'm not happy at all

I haven’t been to this bakery in over a decade and it was my family’s favorite when we used to live near the area. After stopping by its new location, the cupcakes don’t taste the same as they used to. They taste artificial and like a cheap, quick attempt to compensate the bakery’s high demand and popularity.

I’ve placed several orders from CakePlus and this is the first time I’ve had to cancel due to horrible customer service. I was spoken to in an extremely aggressive and rude manner. Almost as if I was disrupting the staff member from getting back to something by more important. You all have to do better. This is unacceptable and not once was I asked why I was cancelling my order. No excuse whatsoever for this level of customer service.

I have been buy cakes and cup cakes from cake plus for a long time. In September my daughter got be a birthday and we notice that the taste of the cake was different. I got two cakes for Christmas yellow cake with chocolate icing and notice the same thing . The taste of the cake is not the same and it was not moist. Do they have someone different baking cakes.

I am very disappointed in this establishment. I went to pick up a $25 apple pie for thanksgiving dinner. What I received instead was an uncooked, sloppy mess of a peach pie. Wrong pie, raw filling, and completely inedible. To be clear, my family does not dislike peach pie and we even tried to heat it and salvage the dessert. I emailed the business. No response. I emailed again. Still no response. I never received a refund, a replacement, or even the courtesy of a reply. Mistakes happen but ignoring customers and keeping their money is a choice. If you care about getting what you ordered having edible food or receiving basic customer service when something goes wrong do yourself a favor and order literally anywhere else. This place took my money ruined a holiday, and couldn’t even bother to acknowledge it.

Cakes Plus provided a wonderful cake for my son's wedding several years ago, so my son recommended the bakery when I wanted to purchase a cake for my grandson's 30th birthday. I knew the words I wanted written on the cake, but didn't have a design in mind. Many, many thanks to Hannah for her patience and for helping me nail the perfect design!! Everyone loved the vanilla sheet cake. (See picture.) It was beautiful and delicious. Then, when I went to pickup the vanilla sheet cake, on a whim, I decided to also purchase a smaller, off the shelf, lemon cake with a balloon design. People who tried both cakes at the birthday events said both were amazing, but they loved the taste of the lemon cake more than the vanilla. I wish we weren't limited to rating this bakery 5 stars! Lol!!

Great experience. My friend came here for cake tasting which was free just needed to set up appointment. The service from Grace, Natalie, and Linda was exceptional. We were seated once the full party arrived. They brought out several slices and offered to bring out fillings to taste as well. THIS IS CAKE! The taste is delicious. The couple chose a two tier wedding cake with the layers being different flavors. Total came to less then $250.
