Gem in downtown Laurel in a small community. Great food and service. Great place to have a party. The back area is surprisingly big with plenty parking in the back. Love it!
Nothing worse than leaving WORK 4 lunch getting to the main street location at almost 11 and they still cooking and not all the food is ready and definitely not the food I went there for. So I settled for Curry and of course they give these LITTLE NO MEAT small pieces of chk. Ughhhhhh....downloaded the saltfish receipe myself and will give it a go. Tired of wasting time with the and the $.20 brown paper bags that rip by the time you get to your car. Food is good when ready and they have what you want, Cheap on the chicken unfortunately, everything else is too inconsistent:(

Today was the second time I have ordered from here. Both times I ordered Brown Stew Salmon and it was hard a dry as if it had been cooked yesterday or sitting out all morning long. I wouldn’t recommend no one buy the Salmon from here. This was the last time i’ll ever order from here.

0 stars. Went in to get some ox tail. Lady said no oxtail. I asked how long? She said I don’t know,I’m not the cook. I hope the owner knows how her employees are treating people. Never going back there!

I spent $100 for a family of four here three oxtail plates one chicken. There was barely enough meat on the ox tails to be a full bite between all plates. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere

The food was good. Oxtail definitely could have cooked some more not as tender as it could have been. Definitely could have been more meaty. Curry chicken was good. Beef Pattie was good but I asked for coco bread too didn’t receive. The sorrel was a bit weak for my liking but still good. Will I go back if I’m in the area I will try something else on the menu but yes. I’d try it again
