St. Aloysius Detroit we pray that God forgive you for harassing me. I forgive you. I was out with my faith group and the cashier thought I wasn't with them; I wanted a smoothie, but I didn't know you didn't sell smoothies. The cashier called the police as I was sitting down next to my faith group. Two pairs of officers appeared; one ignored the situation, while the other asked me to stand, bring my belongings, and provide my name, birthday, and phone number. The officer informed me that the lady at the cash register wanted me to leave. I explained that I was with my faith group, and the officers asked if I wanted them to inform her; I agreed. As I was speaking with the other officer, I turned around and saw my faith group conversing with the other officer, and they told me I could sit back down. I went to pray and then returned to speak with the manager after we had left due to the incident. I was the only black individual in the group. The manager attempted to downplay the situation, suggesting that the police arrived on their own.

Always enjoy CAVA for being light, healthy, customizable, and quick and this location was no exception! Everything was fresh, the service was fast, and my bowl was made just the way I like it. It’s consistently a great spot for a satisfying and wholesome meal on the go. A salad bowl with all veggies, spicy lamb balls, and falafels are my favorite.
I love Cava. One of my favorite places to eat. My only wish is that the pita chips would be hot. One time I wanted some and they were cold. I asked them if I could have fresh ones and they told me no. That would be my only complaint.

I love cava. I love love love the flavor. I very much dislike not having the food I paid for delivered :-(. I understand the drivers confusion that they grabbed one bag instead of two... But maybe tape the bags together?
