From the moment I walked in, Sylvia made me feel welcome and went out of her way to ensure my dining experience was perfect. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food is absolutely top-notch. Each dish was expertly prepared, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Sylvia’s recommendations were spot-on, and she was attentive without being intrusive. I wanted to eat there but I ended buying some items to accompany my homemade cooked foods. The staff was very helpful & knowledgeable with suggestions for side dishes. My guests loved all the items that we bought there. Cava saved my day!!!

I'm actually disappointed. I ordered ahead since I am on my lunch break and I received my order and when I got back to work I opened end up with none of the toppings I wanted; just lettuce,lentils rice and yogurt sauce. So now I had to drive back to the location because I tried calling them but they had their phone off. I have worked in retail so I never come with emotions only facts. I told them about what was going on and there was no empathy or apology in sight. They simply asked if I wanted a remake or a refund. I asked for the refund. Then the alleged manager told the cashier my issue. She looked annoyed and started snickering then processed my refund. On my way out she says something in spanish and they just start laughing amongst each other. Unlike most I did not make a scene but yet I was met with such an apathetic and rude response. Disappointed and disgusted with the behavior of the alleged leadership from this location. I guess being nice gets you no where these days

I absolutely love CAVA, but the portion sizes at this location are skimpy, minuscule, and ridiculously SMALL. This is not the case for every other location that I’ve been to. If this location is going to provide 50% less of the normal portion size then deduct the cost by 50% as well!
