Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

They used regular steakums to make their cheesesteak.? It wasn't even enough steakums in the sandwich. ?. Also the cheese fries were too salty. The cheese was nasty & runy. I've never went back.

The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.

This has to be the worst Charley's I've encountered.The manager here is rude and dismissive. They messed up my husband's order and when asked to correct it, she said no and became very argumentative with him. The young lady working with her wanted to fix him another sandwich but the manager said no. A refund was issued and dinner was ruined. NEVER AGAIN!

Primarily meant for carry out. The cheeseteak was tasty but had too many toppings for my liking and was overstuffed in the bun making it messy to eat. The fries were hot but had zero salt on them which was dissapointing. More dissapointing was no seasoning on the tables, and no ketchup.

The laurel location usually has great food!My only issue is today, I ordered a plain sandwich with only pickles and the person creating the sandwich put my protein on the wrong sandwich. I watched as the cashier caught her mid error. To my surprise, I watched them both attempt to take the protein from the wrong sandwich to mine. Lettuce and condiments were transferred too. I was horrified. I absolutely hate lettuce and Mayo. The staff presented me the food as if nothing had went wrong. I then had to inform them that I have a clear view of what happened and I do not consume those toppings. I’m truly disappointed in the staff today. I understand not wanting to waste food. I just feel as though it should be used for a sandwich that has the same toppings.
