DO NOT GO TO THIS CHECKERS. Go to any other one but this location. The staff is rude, irritable, aggressive and unprofessional. The person taking my order was literally yelling at me through the speaker because apparently I was taking to long to order, mind you I'm trying to order for 5 people (myself and 4 others in the car with me) and we were the only car there so they weren't even busy. We canceled the order and went to the McDonald's down the street instead. I will not spend my money at a place where they treat you like that. Checkers, you either need to fire the entire staff and bring in new people who are polite and were raised with manners and I don't know...RESPECT or just shut this location down altogether.

As soon as I pulled up to the menu screen I was greeted and helped which was very convenient due to the fact that I was in a pinch for time. She read back my order correctly and had good manners. When she handed me my food she reminded me that I requested pickles and mayo with no tomatoes which I felt was really good skills as a fast food worker! All I have to say is thank you for the speedy accurate and excellent service. I asked for her name because her hard work needed to be recognized. Jade with the lavender hair.

Me and my husband and son went here after a long day at my son football game so we where hungry. We been seeing commercial for the new Gorida sandwich and couldn't wait to try it. The food was good. The service was horrible. After waiting for food which was ok cause I knew it was fresh and hot she hands me a bag and closed the window. I forgot to order my son mozzarella stick so my husband goes to front window to order so we don't hold up the line. Mind you when she hands me the bag she slammed to window shut. I wait cause she said nothing to me. Then she comes back and ask did you need something. So I replied idk I wasn't sure if this was it you never said a word to me no thank you no have a good day no Bye nothing so I dint know if I was done or not. She said yes your done. Also she never gave us ketchup which was requested, or straws. So i said well thanks for letting me know so I ask her name she say look I'm busy with a line mind you 2 people in line myself and 1 car. So your to busy to do basic customer service . She still never gave me her name. I ask my husband who at the walk up.window to get her name she refuses to give it to him also. I have a receipt. The young lady had short hair with light blond/violet color and a tattoo across her neck. She really needs retraining in customer service even when under pressure. The lack of experience/ customer service is horrible at this location. Mind you I don't go to checkers often mabe 5 time ever. And this will be the last if this is how they treat there customers.
