I was disappointed today. I was getting off my night shift and didn't have anything for my dinner. This is why I continued to eat my unpleasant breakfast. My order was chicken biscuits and a small hash brown. Normally their hash brown are hot, crunchy, and light in the middle. Today they were soggy and the aroma of old cooking oil!š¤¢ The biscuit was very mushy, doughy, and not hot at all. Boy, I should have not eaten this meal but I was too tired to drive back and return my order. Of course, the service is always on point šÆ Today was not a good day, please check your oil. š¤¢
Only writing a review because their service is terrible. Melania the manager in the drive though line is so rude, i said hello and she didnāt even respond, she literally cut me off while i was giving her my order to ask what sauce I wanted and she kept rushing me to finish , I know chic fila is known for being great at training their employees so I want it to be known she needs better training especially if sheās a manager. I had to get another employee in the drive through to confirm my order because I wasnāt at ease she even took it right.

I have been coming to this chick fil a location for over 10 years. I have never experienced anything like this and I was deeply disgusted by what I was served. They served me old, uncooked chicken nuggets. The meat was clearly old and tasted sour/old. I didnāt think much of it because I thought it was just that one chicken nugget until I bit into another one to be faced with a raw piece of meat. Luckily, one of the employees and the manager helped solve this problem and gracefully. They gave me a refund for my chicken nuggets and apologized for the inconvenience. Personally I will not be eating any chicken product from chick fil a after this experience but overall the new pineapple dragonfruit lemonade and fries were a 10/10.

The time is 4pm I was going to order a whole meal just for the limited edition lemonade, however they were out of the pineapple lemonade so I didn't order anything. Whoever is in control of inventory did a poor job at judging the timing and demand of this release.

The manager this morning is rude and shook his head because I asked for an egg white muffin, but it was misunderstood and made with chicken. Head shaking at a customer just trying to eat is so unnecessary. Online takeout process needs improvement. I ordered my breakfast on the website before 10:30am. However, unbeknownst to me, if you do not click āIām hereā they donāt fill your order. So I arrived expecting the breakfast I paid for and itās not available. If I pay for it Iām coming to get it, fix this!

2024 August 24 This Chick-Fil-A location had double lane drive through long lines as I am accustomed to seeing at these establishments. We opted to park and go inside forbour food. There was one family in line inside. We were promptly acknowledged and greeted from in line (no one behind us in line, only a patron with two small children dining in were in line when we arrived). My youngest son and I easily and quickly placed our orders to go. There was ample, easy parking at this location since I opted to park a couple isles over from the actual building. Our food was delicious as always. Waffle fries were cold. I recommend this location.

I recently visited this location and was let down once again by Chick-fil-A. Despite asking twice if I would get extra pickles on my sandwich, it arrived without any pickles. The staff member assured me it was correct, but they clearly didnāt check my order. I was lucky to have checked before heading home, as this isn't the first time Iāve faced this issueāit's happened at other locations too. This consistent problem with missing pickles is frustrating and disappointing. I hope they address this issue and improve their order accuracy.
