I have been going to this location about once or twice a month for the last few years. It's on my rotation of lunch hour spots, as it's close to where I work.
A minor error was made on my drive -thru order that required me to make a subsequent trip back to the restaurant later that day. I spoke to Mrs. Carolina on the telephone and she instructed me to speak with Mr. Anthony when I arrive.
They both went above and beyond to resolve the issue and both were very polite and courteous. The entire staff seemed amazing as well.
Needless to say, I will certainly continue to patronize this location again in the future. Kind thanks!

Cindy the cashier (glasses and braids, in case the name on the receipt is incorrect) was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Yes, it was about seven minutes to closing, but there were still plenty of cars ahead of me—no reason for her attitude. I told her I needed a moment to check my daughter’s past order, but she rolled her eyes, cut me off, and kept asking, “Are you done?” after every item, not even letting me finish a sentence. The problem with hiring these young kids is they have no manners and no understanding of basic customer service. Her attitude was so hostile and rushed that I forgot parts of my order entirely and had to finish ordering at the front window. I am highly upset, don’t even have an appetite anymore, and this frustrating experience completely ruined my night. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

The quality of Chick-fil-A has gone down, my chicken sandwich was very greasy and full of salt , it seems like the busier they get they cut back on quality and taste, I also bought a chicken wrap and it was full of lettuce and barely any chicken on it

Chick fil a is always tasty, staff is always courteous and orders accurately delivered.
While placing my order in the drive thru- my car shut off unexpectedly. Within minutes four employees were offering support. I exited the vehicle with my baby, and watched as 4 gentleman found out how to put my minivan in neutral and push it into a nearby spot (in 90+ degree weather and humidity) until my husband could come support. If I recall, it was a manager, Team Lead, drive-thru worker AND a Chick-fil-A delivery driver that all came together to help. This was above and beyond. They were so gracious and really came to the rescue. Plus, my food was waiting for me when I got inside. This Location truly has the best staff. This could have been something that derailed my whole day-but it ended up being a non-issue. Thank you to those gentlemen and to all of the staff at this location for always exceeding expectations.

We tried this place for dinner — again. Salad came with what looked like leftover chicken scraps. Gave it to my dog. At least someone enjoyed it. Would not recommend... time and money wasted.
The service and food are consistent whenever I visit this location. My tw8n girls like the macaroni & cheese and their chocolate milk. My son likes their kids meal. On this particular trip, I got them what they usually like and a milkshake to share. I also got myself a chicken sandwich, I believe. The food was fresh when we received it.
