Unfortunately, Chick-fil-A is starting to lose their touch. The interpersonal, yet professional experience that marked this store is definitely waning away each day. It was inevitable, across businesses, worldwide, especially if and when the employees don’t feel like they love their job. That feeling makes its way out to the customers, this sense of discontent and unsatisfaction. The fake, smiling, the lack of eye contact, the implicit treatment that I’m just a number, that I’m just a body, nothing special about the experience, and sometimes the food isn’t even done right, on more than one occasion I have found in my lemonade, hair, dead ants and a broken fingernail too. There have been times where the employees to distract themselves over do the fun in their environment INAPPROPRIATELY in an attempt to stay motivated, I’ve heard a ton of horseplay in the background which has made it difficult for me to share my order, and in the midst of me trying to get to the drive-through person and sometimes I have gotten disrespectful tones and just straight up bad attitudes from ppl….chick fil a used to be the standard for quality customer service and great food, now I’m better off at SHAKE SHACK of all places and Mexican restaurants and food chains like POLLO CAMPERO, Chick-fil-A’s definitely starting to lose their touch, and this store isn’t the only one, I don’t know what you guys are gonna do, because the sentiment of the “my pleasure“ needs to be addressed because at this point it comes off as fake.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t take my kids here, it doesn’t look like a fun place and the way they talk to people isn’t nice.

Mobile app. delivery has nothing to do with time request according to Caroleena (manager). Not only was the order 1 hour late Caroleena was very unapologetic nor concerned with the delay. They are ussually spot on with friendly and customer service oriented employees but they have definitely missed the mark with Caroleena..

Any bad reviews would cover their cleanliness and food delivery/prep. Don't expect a 5 star restaurant treatment, plus they pay their workers minimum wage. Give them a break.Kid-friendliness: They have a playhouse was kids at this location. Looks cleans from the outside to me, i see many kids play there during lunch peak hours

Great service usually .... everyone has an off day so understandable for some days. But over all usually a good quick experience. Food is usually on point
We went through the drive through and it moved pretty quickly as chick fil a usually does anywhere we go. But the young lady taking orders didn't really seem to want to be bothered. Other than that,great job as always. We're from Ohio,so it's always nice to find a chick fil a when we travel.

Everything was good except the price. Lunch for 2 cost $35 for grilled chicken nuggets, fruit cup, small fries and 2 diet cokes. Too much money for fast food. Don't think I'll be going back.
