I had an experience at this location drive thru I’ll never forget, all because of this girl at the window. That day I had just lost my job and didn’t have money for food. When my rewards wouldn’t work, I felt embarrassed and ready to drive off, but she didn’t even hesitate to pay for my entire meal
Her kindness was out of this world. She made me feel seen and cared for at one of my lowest points, the world truly needs more people like her. I think her name was Miriam, but even if I’m wrong, I’ll never forget what she did for me. Chick-fil-A is truly lucky to have her. May God bless that Angel

Paid almost 30 dollars for two meals and didnt even get all my food. MAKE SURE TO VERIFY BEFORE LEAVING THAT YOU HAVE EVERYTHING EVERYTIME.

I came to get a Cobb salad for dinner and a side of fries. There were 3 employees just standing by the window talking the entire time. Once I paid, they gave me my order. However, I had to ask for the sauce. One of the employees gave me some. Unfortunately, once I got home, I never recieved my avocado ranch dressing for my salad. It's pretty upsetting once you paid for a service and you get it incomplete due to staff members just hanging around talking amongst themselves.

I went to Chick-fil-A to pick up some lunch😁! Drive-thru was a little slow,however the drive thru team kept on smiling! As I turn the corner, there was no vehicle waiting? Wow, that truck was gone!! My salad was fresh and my condiment was on point!😃 Thank YOUUUUUU Chick-fil-A 💖

Please do better when people order delivery. It’s one thing to get items wrong, it’s another to forget to put the required items in the bag, especially those items that were upgrades to a family meal and once it’s delivered there’s nothing that can be done except call the location and hope someone answers the phone but then what? This is not the first time my order was missing items, curbside is an issue too. I understand keeping up with the timeliness of orders but people would prefer to get what they pay for and wait an extra minute or two for deliver or at curbside versus getting less than what you ordered delivered or ordering curbside then having to go in to get what was forgotten.

We had gone through the drive thru and it was wicked busy. However they forgot 2 of our straws and che Chick-fil-A sauce. As always the staff was nice.

Came to this restaurant yesterday and got the Ice Coffee Shake Base and it was wonderful!! So I decided that I wanted another one today, got there to place my order and they guy told me that they are not doing that no more. You just did it yesterday the same place and no longer then 24 hours you'll stopped! If you'll not going to honor this from the beginning to the end then to me DON'T START IT AT ALL!! Period

Went thru the drive thru. The woman taking my order was rude. My order was wrong. The egg.bowl was swimming in grease or butter? My drink was wrong. While at the window i asked for a purell wipe and was told NO and she slammed the window closed. I love chicfila but this is my third and final visit to this location.
