Super small and loud location. Main issues was i ordered double protein (on the app) and got maybe a single of protein. It was dry too. My spouse had old chicken in the queso and a random pepper in her meal which wasn't ordered sooo. Meh.

Really badly run location. They had 5 people working the dine in prep and 1 poor guy working takeout. Even when the 5 people only had 1 customer (or 0 customers) for dine in. 😐

At one point, there were 6 of us waiting for online orders. Mine finally came out over 30 mins after the promised time.

Worst experience. I work very close to this chipotle and been going there for lunch almost everyday. They never do anything right with your order even you specify it on the app. I understand that people ask for everything extra without a reason but some actually wanted to eat good. If Chipotle doesn’t want to serve extra portions at some locations please take it off. The protein portion was very less and why did you guys serving at a location close to work areas. No flavour, No salt. Did the owner appointed any manager or no to take care of these things. The restaurant smells nasty inside and out. If chipotle see this appoint someone to take a closer look at this location. The staff doesn’t smile or offer help they serve very rude. Chipotle has good reputation this location will take it down!!!

Worst experience ever. Would give it 0 stars if I could. I picked up an order, checked it before leaving, and found a bug in my food! Told the manager, who asked if I wanted a refund or a remake. I chose a remake, but 15 minutes later, no one started it. The manager did not communicate with the staff, and I was left waiting. Meanwhile, the manager stayed in the back, doing nothing. Eventually, it was remade and the manager had her employee offer me free guac and chips, but that didn't make up for the poor service or the waste of my time. Super unprofessional!

Ordered a Honey chipotle chicken burrito single scoop no upcharge and a carnitas bowl again single scoop no up charge and chips. The cashier who was a blonde dude made a mistake by charging us for an extra bowl. What proceeded to happen was that another employee came over and instructed him to do something with the cash register and took our money without ringing up anything charging us 36 dollars. When confronted he said that it was correct and showed us a receipt for a split second making sure to only show us the total and denied making any mistake. I left as the line grew big but still wanted my money back.

My steak burrito bowl had more everything else than steak! Barely any cheese or sour cream and given it was delivered, it was not the same quality or quantity that I would get if I had been able to go to the store. If I hadn't had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks ago, I would have driven there to return it for a replacement. The insult is paying a higher price when ordering through Uber Eats. Do better.
