I was totally ignored by the server who insisted on giving food I didn’t ask for The person was not paying attention to what I was saying. I eventually let others customers proceed and eventually ordered Chips and Guacamole. My absolute worst Chipotle experience.

Very disappointed in the carne asada I had in a bowl. I had to wait several minutes, the lineman asked some woman several times when it would be ready. When she had it cut, she put about 8 small strips on my bowl. In amount, this was about half the amount of protein compared to the amount of protein others were given in their bowls & burritos. The carne asada cost $2 or more so the price is what makes up for relative cost, not reducing portion size. Or do the scrimp on the meat AND charge more?

When I pointed out this difference, the woman said I had the right portion. What?
In addition I could not chew all the given carne, at least half the pieces had a lot of un chewable gristle. (Photo,,after I tried ;) )

Restaurant was clean, plenty of staff to keep line moving, other than waiting quite awhile for the carne asada to show up. No one swiping down tables though.

Ate in on a Friday about 5:30

Granted I came in relatively close to closing, maybe 30-45 minutes before their posted closing time, they seemed a lot more preoccupied with getting me out the door and just throwing my bowl together really fast. Atrocious serving sizes. Somebody who I assumed worked there or was friends with several of the attendants there came in, and they chatted for no joke 2 minutes while I was standing there waiting to check out. It didn’t really bother me because I wasn’t in a hurry and again, was close to closing, but was a bit unimpressed.

Great food as always, from vegetarian choices to meat lovers. Great crew, very nice and courteous. Everytime I am in the area I stop there. Highly recommend.

The evening shift was the worst. I had to get two DoorDash drivers To pick up my food. The restaurant lied and stated that a driver had picked up my food when a driver never picked up my food on the door Dash I can track and see whenever a driver is at the restaurant and also when they’re nearby my location I have to get 2 a drivers assigned to my order It wasn’t until I threatened to call Corporate. For them to make my order and give it to the DoorDash driver, very unprofessional, and I believe they were running a scam because I am not the only person this has happened to

Wasn’t pleased with the service of the day crew. Everyone seemed to have an attitude and skims on the food. I won’t be going to this one no more. I rather drive to the one in Columbia, they are extremely nice and the atmosphere is cleaner.

I just ordered tacos from this location and found a LIVE WORM in my bowl (photo included). I will simply never eat at chipotle, this is ridiculous. I had already started eating and immediately threw the food away.

Whenever I go to this Chipotle after 5pm there is always an issue when I go around 11am-1pm it’s great. The day shift crew is much better than the night shift crew. Why is this? The night shift crew skimps on the food and try’s to charge you extra if you want a little bit more. They have gotten my order wrong every time. What happened to the customer is always right? The night shift supervisor/manager needs better training, speaking as a manager myself.

I have been here a couple times. My portion is fine but yesterday’s portion was horrible. I got it around 10 in the morning and this was my first time I had consistent stomach ache. I had the same portion at every other Chipotle’s place but I never had this issue. Not sure if I want to come back after this. It’s disappointing.

Super small and loud location. Main issues was i ordered double protein (on the app) and got maybe a single of protein. It was dry too. My spouse had old chicken in the queso and a random pepper in her meal which wasn't ordered sooo. Meh.
