I asked for pinto beans and the server literally did not want to do a new plate. I said what I wanted before hand and still got attitude as if it’s my fault he got the order wrong. I would never come back here. Hanover and Gambrills location would never do such a thing.

I bought a burrito bowl last night around this time for dinner and woke up at 2am with hives and itching due to cross-contamination and I never got this before and I always order the same bowl for the past 10 years .

Ordered 3 chicken tacos which had big servings of toppings. That is great. However, they were packed so horribly in one aluminum foil that everything was mushed together in the end. It was like eating a big rice bowl without an actual bowl. I was very disappointed.

The food was good and the service wasn't bad but the staff was very overwhelmed. Kudos to the gentleman who was working the cashier, prepping bowls for customers, and fetching the delivery drivers' orders. He needs a raise!! If not for him, my takeout would have taken an hour instead of the 30 minutes that it did.

The food is… well it’s chipotle, you know how that goes.

I did dine in an hour before closing time yet all the seats were up on tables and place was being moped.

I’ve been going to this chipotle for YEARS and never been in there for longer then 10 minutes (And thats only if its a rush) lately i will be in chipotle for 20+ minutes. The line will only be long because the workers are moving slow and taking there time. Sometimes there is only 2-3 staff there which holds it up even more. I don’t know whats been going on but i have always remembered the employees being fast and getting everyone in and out in a decent amount of time. And we are not even getting into the portions because we all know thats a problem if my bowl is 18+ dollars why is my bowl barely filled and i have 6 chickens pieces ? Even if you do a pick up
order it takes them 10 minutes to even acknowledge you.

It is a busy Chipotle. Overall, my experience was good although there were not napkins at the self service. The food was just normal “nothing special”.

I came in with all my work crew and I spent a good amount of money, we were dinning in and we asked nicely to turn up the heat because it’s freezing cold and they said it didn’t work this lady Isabel said she didn’t care and yelled at me said to put a bad review wasn’t going to effect her. This isn’t a way to treat customers
