We had such a wonderful experience at this location. The location was very clean inside (all the games were working). The staff was exceptional, very professional and polite. The food was delicious as well. We had a really good experience and will definitely be back.

This place is a money scamming business. Avoid at all costs. They don’t tell you anything about their specials and you end up paying higher prices and when you ask them to void the transaction or give you the better deal, they just shrug and say “sorry, have a nice day”. I even told them that I would contest the transaction. It’s a shame.

This is my family’s go to spot and the kids always have a great time. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We recently hosted a birthday party there and it was amazing. We just showed up and everything was taken care for us. It’s always very clean, the bathroom is spacious and clean every time as well. The pizza is also really good, the slices are kid friendly which we love. We’ve have had absolutely no complaints.
My only suggestion would be at the corporate level, which is to maybe get rid of the trampoline area. It creates too much confusion. You have to pay to use the trampoline area but the kids always want to run into there. Some parents maybe don’t have the funds to pay for that additional fee, or prefer the kids didn’t go in there.

Love the remodel. Food is still the same. Love the pizza. Enjoy the games. I do love the new concept of paying for minutes instead of points for games.

My son recently had his 6th birthday at this location. I was very pleased with the customer service provided by the hostess (Paulela) as she called a few days before the party to confirm details and was always responsive to the questions I had. When we arrived, they had already had things set up for the party and the food came out as expected. Definitely a great experience for me, the guests, and most importantly my son. After doing birthday parties at my home for 5 years, this was definitely well worth the money.

Lol is all I have to say about this place it's too many jump houses in Maryland to come here and spend your hard earned money. I spent $308 bucks on my children to enjoy themselves but just to find out everything wasn't included. And it's funny because I came here a couple years ago and gave them a 0 and yes for the same exact chuck e cheese in Laurel! They ever changed the employees, the service, the bad attitudes It's all joke. Plus they cranked up the heat in 82 degrees weather to get folks out ! Crazy!!!!! .My kids were begging to leave early because half of the games didn't work here definitely will spread the word not only here in these ratings. Have a good one 😊

We just held a 6th birthday party here (Sunday 4-6pm) and it was great! It was expensive imo (20 kids plus food), but the facility was so clean (the staff were continuously cleaning the entire time) and our party host 'Favor' (as well as the manager on duty) were both amazing. It was stress free and everyone had a really fun time. Highly recommend!
