I went there for my cousins 5th birthday, when I got there i noticed the building is kinda small but it didn't really bother me, i will say when i first walked in it smelled a bit like marijuana, but that might have been the customer in front of me. The food was nice though, it tasted like childhood. One of the fountain drink machines didn't have ice in it which was kinda annoying since there was a few kids in front of it messing around. But other than that the service was fine as well as the atmosphere.

Have been to many CEC locations over the year, this one is by very far the worst when it comes to everything.

Just had my son’s second birthday there and he had fun. We had Favor as our host and she was wonderful and worked with us and always kept a smile on her face. The only downfall was feeling rushed for the birthday party, but I get it. My son’s birthday is a busy day!

0 for service please spare yourself the heartache. Please they will never compare to all the indoor playgrounds-skyzone, urban, hyperkidz, kidzville. Service those people are nasty and you are dealing with kids came for a birthday party. So sad this was the place ri be as a child they should be ashamed. Run and I mean fast.

I remember when it was called "showbiz" pizza back in the 80s. Had a stage and a mechanical band, now it's just the rat and a bunch of tvs ? and expensive sh8tty pizza. But still ok for kids

I am so impressed by Chuck E. Cheese now; completely different than when I was a kid.
Buying an unlimited arcade card is a phenomenal concept, the space is clean, and fountain drinks on tap is great for us parents!

Service is terrible and customer service is horrendous. They will sell you jumping socks and if the child is too young they won't refund. Stealing from families is a pathetic way to run a business. Shame on you.

When you attend a party there and your child wants to use the trampoline you have to pay 8 dollars. When the socks are listed as 5 dollars. Also the cups are just put in a group so your kids don't know which drink is theirs. The items at the prize counter are not for tickets you have to buy them with money. Games do not offer many tickets even when getting a bonus. Do not recommend.

This is such a great place to take 5-10 year olds. The unlimited timed pass is perfect and not expensive. Skip the trampoline pass, my kids barely used it. My kids were amused for an hour straight and didn't want to leave. We had a pizza after the kids were done playing. The pizza was surprisingly good.

My kids went to a birthday party at this location. They had a ton of fun with their friends, I just wish some of the workers were a little friendlier.
