I hardly post reviews but I was extremely satisfied with our experience. Kids of course had fun, all games/rides seemed to be functioning, chuck E came out regularly to dance with the kids. Employees were patient, flexible, and efficient. There was one employee who was continuously cleaning; bathrooms were pretty clean as well which is always a plus.

We just took our children here yesterday and we spent 200 + dollars on food , the trampoline and points for 4 cards … someone’s kid threw up near the trampoline area ( accidents happened ) and it was a vomit trail from the trampoline area to the steps leading to the salad bar area … my kids came up to me saying two adults told all the kids to get off the trampoline but none of the workers said anything or made an announcement saying someone got sick .. another parent had to tell us what happened as to why they couldn’t jump right now .. it’s a lot of viruses going around like the norovirus and flu the vomit stayed on the floor for 10-15 mins while kids walked through it and over it multiple people had to tell the staff about it my kids were upset they couldn’t jump anymore because I told them it’s not sanitary .. nothing was properly cleaned for 15 mins or more we had to ask for a refund for the bounce area .. how can people enjoy eating drinking or playing at a family place if vomit is just on the ground my kids said they couldn’t eat because they kept seeing it so food was wasted also .. please at least get someone on staff to handle those situations a little better we as parents were confused and the staff looked at us and said they have to find someone to clean it ..

So impressed. Took my son for a fun afternoon. It was incredibly clean, even the bathrooms. The staff were so friendly ! They were constantly cleaning the floors and tables. Recommend!!

Alright, floors are kept dirty but its a kid place so what do you expect. Wings are amazing and the pizza is eh.
Not really much to do here , overall its pretty clean but can get a little boring , there are better places where the kids can really let loose

I recommend visiting this Chuck E. Cheese on an evening during the school year. Although the they charge for every single item, it was a pleasurable experience for my grandkids.
Five stars for experience. Three stars for the cost.

We had such a wonderful experience at this location. The location was very clean inside (all the games were working). The staff was exceptional, very professional and polite. The food was delicious as well. We had a really good experience and will definitely be back.
