We always went to this place with our families, even until I celebrated my son's birthday. The place is very nice here, but it stopped being so with the kind of staff it has. There is a small, thin lady with brown hair dyed brown hair who treated my son very badly. Unfortunately it is a fun place but because of that kind of staff one should stop going to places like that and hire more educated people.

I came to this location today for a birthday party. Paola rudely redeemed our points for toys / candy. She also made us wait in line again to buy cotton candy when we could have paid the cotton candy with her. When I asked to speak to the manager, she sarcastically told me that she is the manager. A manager should lead by example, and the rude way she treats customers sets an horrible example for the employees. She is definitely not fit to be a manager. She needs several hours of customer service training.

My daughter is almost 16 so I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese in years. I went yesterday for a birthday party and it looks completely different. It is clean and I felt I was able to find kids easier. The animatronic characters are gone but the birthday girl and friends had tons of fun. My biggest complaint is that no one was at the door when a parent and her child left. Luckily the child was actually hers but that situation could’ve turned out differently, especially because at one point a parent lost track of their kid momentarily and could’ve easily gone through the front door and escaped.

I attended my youngest grandson 3rd birthday party. Everyone who attended had an awesome time! The staff and service were great! The food was great! We had pizza and chicken wings and an opened salad bar.? The salad bar was very clean, and the vegetables were very fresh with a generous selection. I would highly recommend it. ?? ?????

Good place, good games little crowded over the weekend, food looks like a serving a frozen food but overall if you have couple of hours good place to spend time with
Very clean and pleasant visit during weekday. Staff were polite and helpful. Overstimulating for young toddlers who are not accustomed to so much screen time. It’s mostly an arcade with no play structures. Wings and pizza are overpriced but tasty.

The store was clean, and customer service was reasonable. Their prices are very high. They give 30 minutes of play time in $20, and that's nothing, in fact. Almost every game hardly gives 1 minute that's again nothing. They're giving peanuts to parents for their money. There are other businesses that are a lot cheaper than Chuck E Cheese. I would say mindset behind this business is very greedy.

Visited this Chuck E. Cheese at Laurel to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and it was a blast! The kids, as well as the adults, had a fantastic time with plenty of games to enjoy. The environment was delightful, and the restroom was clean. I recommend others to experience the fun and warmth this place offers! It's definitely worth a visit!
