Took a chance on this place with the mixed reviews. I had none of the problems listed. No teenagers behind the counter, just really nice professional guys who gave us a bigger size free and a free topping. Also another customer had a little kid who dropped their whole ice cream and he gave them a new one for free.

My Smoothie wasn’t made right but OG ice cream flavors were 10/10

Best ice cream place ever

It was a bit chaotic. They had trouble keeping track of who had been served versus who was still waiting. Also, I ordered a small cup, but they gave me a large cup.

They sent me someone else's ice cream thank goodness I checked it. I am allergic to the kind they sent not to mention I wasn't able to get a refund. Smh the most incompetent folks. How hard is it to get the right ice cream for 13 dollars. Smh.

This Coldstone location is not what it used to be. The staff is not great and they do not actively listen to the customer. I came to get a Love It ice cream cup. I asked for two ice cream flavors and Kitkat to be mixed in. In the past, when I asked for Kitkat I normally got two pieces, this time the employee gave me one. He asked "Is this good?" and I said "Can I get one more, please?" and he added another KitKat.

I got to the register to pay, and he said, "It's an extra $1.50", and I asked why. He said they charge per topping. Now, logically, I could get a whole Kitkat bar for $1.50, but for one piece, that is ridiculous. I asked the employee to throw the cup away. He said, "No, it's ok, I'll just give you another one." That was not the point I was making. I didn't want the extra Kitkat, I wanted to understand why I was being charged.

I was under the impression that you only get charged if it was another type of mix-in, but not the same one. After a small back and forth, the employee didn't charge me but I have concluded that I won't be coming back to this location.

Poor service! Picking up an online order and they seem to not see people that are picking up orders. Taking orders from people that came in after me and not acknowledging my presence.

Asked for kid's size but got a small. It was whatever but the price was high. $8 for a small then tip so close to $10 for a little cup of ice cream. What's going on America?

I’ve been here twice. The first time I asked for a Love It size and was given the Gotta Have It size and charged $10 filpping dollars for it. The second time I asked for a Like It size in a waffle cone. Was given a Love It size in a waffle bowl and charged $11 for something I didn’t even ask for! The whole order was wrong! Both times I was OVER CHARGED especially for something I didn’t even order. Never going back to this location. Save your money and go somewhere else. These people are MONEY HUNGRY and they will do whatever to over charge you. So make sure you’re getting what you ordered and not being cheated out of your money!

I have been to this place several times in the past, and had a great experiences. This last time was horrible. The person failed to ask me what toppings I wanted to add, and put the ice crram in the bowl. He then started that he could only add toppings on the top since he put it in the bowl. It is horrible service when you make an error and still attempt to make me pay without any attempt to rectify the issue.
