I’ve lived in Laurel for 5 years now & always order from this domino’s! Never had an issue with service nor my food quality and & when I picked up my order today; everyone on the staff was so nice!! 😄 definitely recommend

I’ll begin by saying, Vernon thank you for your great customer service, that big smile you had man; keep it that way, you made me feel special, it means a lot when the rep smiles at you. The service you provided 10/10 that was awesome. This goes directly for you not even the company but you. Even though you are the face of the company you were awesome, never stopped smiling that says a lot. If anyone wants to enjoy the visit ask for his help. This was the worst Domino's pizza I've ever had. It was a very unpleasant experience.
The dough felt raw, old... and the pizza had a lot of black sprinkles. It was absolutely disgusting, and I can't even explain the sensation in my mouth.
I would never visit this place again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely unprofessional. The service is incredibly slow and the staff just don’t care. It takes forever to get their attention and even longer to get your food. It’s like they care more about take out orders than those who come in to order or do a pick up

I ordered for pizza at 8pm and I did reach out and the manager didn't pick the call as the number was provided instead I spoke to the assistant manager and he spoke disrespectfully and said there was nothing that can be done , they are short of staff and ignored my calls.The customer service was worst and it is sad that they do just what they want.

Driver ripped us off. My girlfriend ordered 10 pizzas and he only delivered 6, then he stood there and demanded a cash tip after she had already tipped 20% in her online order. Tried calling to get the other four pizzas, but it no one ever picked up the phone. We had to go back and pick up the other four pizzas ourselves and we had guests over. Not the first time they have screwed up our order either. Probably the worst Dominos I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with..

I just called at 7:15pm, on03-10-25 , this store has poor customer service, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, I just hung up the phone. My wife called back they put her on hold for an additional 15 minutes. She hung up the phone. This was a ghetto experience at dominoes Pizza. If they take this long to take my order, how long will it take them to deliver a cold Pizza? Do not order food from this location, because you do not know if you will ever get your food delivered hot,and on time.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. Ive given this place its fair share of chances, it consistently takes almost two hours to deliver to with a mile of the restaurant. Good luck calling to find out what's going on either, whoever handles the phone, will put you on hold for 15 minutes at a time.
The pizza is fine, about what you'd expect from Domino's. Ordering pick up online is your best option here. no issues with customer service in the interactions I've had face to face but, over the phone and deliveries have been abysmal.

This is a great Dominos and I don’t understand the low rating. The workers are always nice and fast and the food is always good. I’m not sure of the names of the workers but today it was a man and woman and I came in at 1 p.m and they were excellent workers. The man had a huge smile on his face and was very nice. All of them deserve a raise.
