I ordered for pizza at 8pm and I did reach out and the manager didn't pick the call as the number was provided instead I spoke to the assistant manager and he spoke disrespectfully and said there was nothing that can be done , they are short of staff and ignored my calls.The customer service was worst and it is sad that they do just what they want.

Driver ripped us off. My girlfriend ordered 10 pizzas and he only delivered 6, then he stood there and demanded a cash tip after she had already tipped 20% in her online order. Tried calling to get the other four pizzas, but it no one ever picked up the phone. We had to go back and pick up the other four pizzas ourselves and we had guests over. Not the first time they have screwed up our order either. Probably the worst Dominos I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with..

I just called at 7:15pm, on03-10-25 , this store has poor customer service, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, I just hung up the phone. My wife called back they put her on hold for an additional 15 minutes. She hung up the phone. This was a ghetto experience at dominoes Pizza. If they take this long to take my order, how long will it take them to deliver a cold Pizza? Do not order food from this location, because you do not know if you will ever get your food delivered hot,and on time.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. Ive given this place its fair share of chances, it consistently takes almost two hours to deliver to with a mile of the restaurant. Good luck calling to find out what's going on either, whoever handles the phone, will put you on hold for 15 minutes at a time.
The pizza is fine, about what you'd expect from Domino's. Ordering pick up online is your best option here. no issues with customer service in the interactions I've had face to face but, over the phone and deliveries have been abysmal.

This is a great Dominos and I don’t understand the low rating. The workers are always nice and fast and the food is always good. I’m not sure of the names of the workers but today it was a man and woman and I came in at 1 p.m and they were excellent workers. The man had a huge smile on his face and was very nice. All of them deserve a raise.

This place does is so unprofessional, rude,and disrespectful. I called and ordered three pizzas at 4:19 pm on 12-20-24. Gave and verified the address. Even paid for the whole order. Only to have to call back at 5:53pm because the food never arrived. My children were waiting at the baby sitter for this food, and now they were left to starve and wait until a new order of food arrived. Nobody called or anything. The manager refused to get on the phone. And only passed the message that don't worry I'm getting my money back. Then I ho into the store and the manager is even more rude. Not only did he walk away from me but he also stated he is the GM of the store. I have never in my 27 years of customer service ever experienced such bluntly disrespectful. In all not a only did all this mess happen. I called back to speak to the manager a 3rd time and sat on the phone for 19m 49sec. Only for him to say it will take 30 minutes to deliver. Now that took the cake. I live 3.2 miles away from this store it took me 14 minutes to get home. 14 minutes away. I ended up going to pizza Hutt and made it home still less than 30 min. Jesus fix it. Please play with someone else.
