Understaffed! Horrible wait time! Server unsure of orders. The bagel was ridiculously tough! The entire bkfast sandwich was horrible. The best part were the tater tots (which I had to order a 2nd one because my coffee took so long to be made. And they owe me a doughnut for my purchase. Won't return!

I went to this location after going to two other locations that had poor customer service. Not this time! Paola greeted me when I walked in and was very warm in her delivery. The young man that assisted her in making my drinks was also very patient and nice. The drinks were excellent!! Thank you for turning a bad situation around!

The place has a very bad smell. Like an uncleaned damp floor or something. I expected to smell sweet donuts or like at a bakery shop. And it was probably because of the time of day we went but selection was scarce.

They don't know how to train new employees. The only other experienced employee left the new recruit on his own for 10+ mins and didn't offer any assistance. When she came back she put no effort into two simple ice coffees. She was even banging on equipment.
