They don't know how to train new employees. The only other experienced employee left the new recruit on his own for 10+ mins and didn't offer any assistance. When she came back she put no effort into two simple ice coffees. She was even banging on equipment.

This location has had a revolving door of ownership and management, and it shows. It’s damaging to the Dunkin’ brand and really should be reevaluated or shut down.

Today, I witnessed one standout employee — a young Black woman with an incredible personality and professionalism — holding the entire operation together. Unfortunately, she was clearly overwhelmed, doing the work of four people while trying to train three employees who were completely unprepared and unqualified for customer-facing roles. I regret not getting her name because she was phenomenal, and I genuinely hope she finds an employer who values her time and talent.

Avoid this location at all costs. There are better-run Dunkin’ stores nearby that are worth the extra few minutes’ drive.

The Manager was very kind. We ordered for $6 meal deal, 1 dunkalatte, 4 boston cream donuts. So we charge $20.72. I left my credit card at home. So instead she charge us only $20. Kudos to all the employees

They never have anything in stock here . No spoons so she had to give me a fork . The hot fudge and ice coffee machine is never working . No donuts only 5 flavors of ice cream to choose from and sadley only one person working the register she also had to make the food while 6 people waited in line. Not her fault just bad management. Better off going to Cold stone down the street

This is the worst Dunkin donuts today I went at 4:55 am and they didn't have anything ise an order on the app when I went to pick it up they didn't have the bagel that I had ordered they didn't want to give me a refund because they couldn't VAT ordering donuts and when I'm looking at 2 flies flying on top of the donuts and stopping on the donuts, a very ugly sour coffee seems like I won't return to this disgusting place for several days.

By far has to be one of the most horrible Dunkin’ Donuts have been doing in the entire United States. They always have one employee working at the most busiest crucial times which is not their fault either. Secondly, today of all days they used expired milk in my iced coffees. And when I go back inside to ask if it’s expired, she blatantly says no, but I could clearly see that it was expired. this management needs to be changed as soon as possible rather than the owner of this location trying to make a quick buck and keeping only one employee there at all times absolutely horrendous on the management side.
