They never have anything in stock here . No spoons so she had to give me a fork . The hot fudge and ice coffee machine is never working . No donuts only 5 flavors of ice cream to choose from and sadley only one person working the register she also had to make the food while 6 people waited in line. Not her fault just bad management. Better off going to Cold stone down the street

This is the worst Dunkin donuts today I went at 4:55 am and they didn't have anything ise an order on the app when I went to pick it up they didn't have the bagel that I had ordered they didn't want to give me a refund because they couldn't VAT ordering donuts and when I'm looking at 2 flies flying on top of the donuts and stopping on the donuts, a very ugly sour coffee seems like I won't return to this disgusting place for several days.

By far has to be one of the most horrible Dunkin’ Donuts have been doing in the entire United States. They always have one employee working at the most busiest crucial times which is not their fault either. Secondly, today of all days they used expired milk in my iced coffees. And when I go back inside to ask if it’s expired, she blatantly says no, but I could clearly see that it was expired. this management needs to be changed as soon as possible rather than the owner of this location trying to make a quick buck and keeping only one employee there at all times absolutely horrendous on the management side.

Worst Dunkin Donuts in the area... There was one or two workers in the entire place and my iced coffee tasted horrible yesterday. It was watery and gross. My stomach also felt sick after drinking it.
I just walked into Dunkin Donut at 220pm on a Sunday no one was in there but the employees total of 4. I stand at the counter they all see me come in no one moves to take my order they continue watching an employee. I asked if they were closed I got no we are notfrom one employee, then another said we are teaching her a new drink. I waited 5 seconds since I saw no one moving to the register I left.

The server was having ice cream while taking my order. It felt weird ?. Chai tea latte was good but the hashbrowns didn't taste quite well.

The worker was so mean and nasty to me that they didn't have cheese turkey or eggs! It was my first time going to Dunkin I asked did they have milk coffee like sweet iced coffee she was rude rolling her eyes they could not print my respite it made me uncomfortable I didn't even eat my food! This was in the morning around 7

This place is like a bad dream. You’re tired. You need coffee. You ask for coffee. They ask if you want a turkey sandwich instead. No, I want coffee with whole milk. Oat milk? No, “cow milk”, I say. My companion wants an iced tea lemonade. The lady says it does not exist. Her manager gets on the speaker, you want lemonade and tea together? Okay. Hot iced tea? No.
We ordered 3 drinks in total. We have been here for over 8 minutes. No one else is here. I need a hero. Come rescue me from this awful Dunkin’ Donuts.
I asked for a bacon egg and cheese and she only gave me egg and cheese they place is so bad

A lady worker here harassed me for picking up my to go order from the counter this morning. She said I needed to wait for a worker to hand it to me, not take it off the counter. No other Dunkin does this. They all place the items on the counter and walk away. I told her that I thought once the items were on the counter it was ready. She said yes but sometimes they aren’t fully done yet so you’re supposed to wait for a worker to hand it to you. I said, that’s why I checked the bag before I walked away with it, to make sure everything was there. She was short and snippy with me. And she couldn’t even fill half the bag with tots. The food ended up being horrible. Won’t come here again.

Terrible Customer Service at Dunkin’ Donuts (Laurel Location)
I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Laurel. The customer service is downright awful. It feels like the employees are being forced to work there, and none of them seem to care about providing good service. Every interaction was met with attitude, and it’s clear they aren’t interested in their jobs at all.
Whoever is managing this location seriously needs to get their act together. If this is the example they’re setting for their staff, no wonder the service is so bad. The employees are clearly following the manager’s lead, and it’s resulting in a negative environment for customers. They all need a serious attitude adjustment, and if they can’t provide decent service, they shouldn’t be working there.
If you’re the manager, step up, clean up your team’s attitude, and lead by example—because right now, it’s a disaster. No wonder people don’t want to come to this location!
