They don't know how to train new employees. The only other experienced employee left the new recruit on his own for 10+ mins and didn't offer any assistance. When she came back she put no effort into two simple ice coffees. She was even banging on equipment.

The Manager was very kind. We ordered for $6 meal deal, 1 dunkalatte, 4 boston cream donuts. So we charge $20.72. I left my credit card at home. So instead she charge us only $20. Kudos to all the employees

Why they don't have an overall 5 stars? It must be because they don't have a drive thru. Outside of that fact they were A1! Gregory is amazing patient and he has made a way for this location to be the first for miles that knows how to properly make a macchiato! Jasmine also has great service she is very bubbly and cool! So many locations have disappointed me, but this location has stood true 2 days in a row!!!

Parking: 10-12 parking spaces.
