I was sitting looking out the windows when a mouse ran across the floor. Upon closer inspection, I see mouse droppings in corners throughout the store.

I went a few days ago and had the most awful drive-through worker. He gave me a hard time when I asked for a mocha, acting like he didn't know what a mocha was (its chocolate flavored latte) then argued with me when I said its a chocolate flavored latte. Then I asked if they had any Holiday munchkins left, to which he said yes. I ordered the 10ct. I show up to the pick up window and he hands me 10 random munchkins. When I remined him I wanted holiday munchkins he SMIRKED at me, said they were out, and said he thought I was asking if Dunkin, in general, still carried them. No dude. You knew exactly what I was asking and you scammed me into paying for normal munchkins. 0/10 experience. Will never go back. That guy working Saturday 12/27 afternoon is harassing and scamming your potential customers.

THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN’ HERE IN LAUREL. AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT THEY OFFER AND THE SERVICE IS CRAP. THAT HISPANIC MANAGER SHOULD BE GET FIRED, SHE’S NEVER AT THE STORE, I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH HER BUT SHE WAS NOT THERE AND SHE NEVER IS, AND I KNOW IS A HISPANIC WOMAN BC ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES GAVE ME HER NAME. I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I waited in line for about two minutes, greeted the staff multiple times, and attempted to place an order, but no one acknowledged me or said a word. I assumed there might be an issue taking orders, so I proceeded to the payment window.

Instead of clarification, I was met with an unprofessional and insulting comment from the staff member, who accused me of having an “attitude,” which was completely uncalled for. On top of that, the food quality was poor—the croissant was soaked in oil and not prepared properly. The only acceptable item was the bottled Coke.

Customer service and food quality both need serious improvement. This experience was frustrating and left a very bad impression.

Every time I go to this Dunkin they are either out of stock of something or the coffee machine is broken. This morning I stopped by and couldn't order a hot latte because the machine wasn't working. When I got to work (only 10 minutes away) my hash browns were cold and the croissant from my breakfast sandwich was hard. Most of the people that work there are nice though

Ordered a hot coffee which was served in a sticky cup and was warm. Quality was not good and the guy behind the counter didn’t seem like he even wanted to be there. I don’t recommend this location. This was a one and done!!

Manager Cindy is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant to deal with. I lost points because of their system errorand instead of honoring the points I rightfully earned they dismissed my issue entirely. The employee even called her manager, Cindy who flat out said it wasn’t true and then told her (in Spanish) to show my face on FaceTime, as if that had anything to do with resolving the problem. Completely unacceptable customer service.

This is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts an ever been to ask for two medium caramel ice coffee and they gave us the bottom leftovers of the coffee tasted so bitter and the employees were rude

I went here to get an iced coffee. There was one person working and the air conditioner wasn’t working. He tried his best, but it was miserable in there and the single employee couldn’t keep up with the number of customers.

Mice mice mice .... Yes, saw a real mice crawling underneath their counter. Told the employee over there, she said she has done a lot of cleaning??? Will report them surely, they are just spreading diseases.
And their AC was broken, so it was really warm over there. Don't understand how this place is still open 🐁🐀
