Waited 5 min to be acknowledged at the drive through window. They were out of one of the two donuts I ordered and asked if I wanted a different one so I said yes. Finally got our order and both donuts were not what we had ordered.

This place almost always gets my order wrong. And when I have to waste time going back to get it corrected they laugh it off, as if it’s a joke. Do better.

I have been going there for over 5 years. I always get coffee with occasional coffee roll. I use primarily the drive thru but occasionally stop in. They have become like family there.

They lied about what was in my drink.
I can understand if I ordered something wrong. But I saw how my drink was being made. They put 4 pumps of mocha into a cold cup and some milk then stirred then Ice. I asked if there was any coffee added They said yes. I asked more specifically was there any shots of espresso added to the latte (which I ordered to be a hot drink BTW) she had to turn around and ask another worker how many shots she put in the drink she just made. She just made it herself and she doesn't know how many shots she's lying about putting into my cup. Just say it was only syrup. DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR FOOD! I left without the rest of my order because I don't trust people when they lie. Never going back there. Trust broken.

With all honesty If I could’ve give this place zero starts I would. The people that are at the register are rude. Like I get that you may be tired but at least seem a bit engaged in the conversation. The bathroom on the other hand, doesn’t have toilet paper or hand soap. The staff looked at me weirdly like I had stole something. All I wanted, was just to be attended nicely, without having to feel uncomfortable.

Horrible service. Easy to see why they have such a poor rating. Handed me my food at the drive thru and disappeared. No hello, thank you, no napkins, no condiments. Waited 5 minutes for somebody to come back as I blew my horn trying to get attention. This is 2 o’clock in the afternoon, not busy, no other customers around. This place needs new management!

I purchased a sweet tea and it tasted like vinegar and had carbonation. I immediately stopped drinking it after the first sip and discarded it. The only reason i did not return it is because i was on the highway headed to work.

Whenever I hope here, it's typically via the drive-thru. The only times that I go are to inventivize my children for doing something positive or for having good days at school. Most times, they have the donuts we want, and their service is pretty good. The one time we did go inside it was clean and there weren't a lot of people.

My favorite Dunkin in the area (there are 3 in Laurel). Lots of sitting room to dine in, people are always friendly, great customer service, and it’s always clean. Coffee and food always fresh. Drive thru line is long on the weekends but running in will get you in and out quick. I drive the extra few miles to come here instead of the one closest to me.

Very poor experience with customer service . Staff at drive thru are clueless . They often get orders mixed up consistently . They don’t even know how to be courteous especially when they make a mistake . I don’t even think they uphold sanitary standards . Won’t be back . Always insist on getting your receipt . They often make mistakes and double charge if not careful
