Very poor experience with customer service . Staff at drive thru are clueless . They often get orders mixed up consistently . They don’t even know how to be courteous especially when they make a mistake . I don’t even think they uphold sanitary standards . Won’t be back . Always insist on getting your receipt . They often make mistakes and double charge if not careful

Lately they seem short staffed. Been slower service than usual. The food is essentially like every Dunkin's. Good and filling but, well Dunkin's. It's a fast, decent, reasonably priced breakfast.

The manager is very rude & unprofessional. Yesterday i ordered a drink and a wake up breakfast wrap.I get to work which is 45 mins away and see 3 donuts in my bag. i was very annoyed since this wasn’t the first time. I called they said come back tomorrow, i get there today and she has an attitude because i want a whole new fresh meal. She goes back n fourth with me for a couple minutes before giving me my order like it’s my fault. i don’t recommend this location at all. never again

Employees there were absolutely disrespectful. So glad I was just passing through and will never be there again. I’m making sure everyone understands they will up charge you on things that aren’t an up charge and instead put munchkins so they can get their extra pennies. If they were kind I would have had no problem but they treated me and my husband nasty

It is Dunkin'. Got a doughnut; Boston Cream, since they no longer have Bavarian Cream. I also got some kind of fruity drink. Both were good but I wanted Bavarian Cream.
I spent $15 and asked for cup of ice water and you want to charge me $1.06. Water or cup does not cost this much

Asked for a latte & got a coffee. Paid almost $5 for this horrible tasting coffee. The one day i didnt have time to go to my local black owned coffee shop. But that’s what i get! Do yourself a favor and shop small businesses cause these corporations dont care one bit and of course there’s no customer service number or email to contact
