I have been a customer for over 4 years, a person who usually comes for their coffee in the mornings but today I really just got the worst treatment in the world in your store, what a terrible service they provide, the cashier is fat and rude and the cashier is disrespectful, I was alone and they told me to feel sorry for a moment because they are busy having a conversation they were laughing and laughing no one wanted to help me so I turned around and left the place every time besides I have been buying my coffee for a week and now they don't know for anything, just as bad that the good people they had before are no longer there they should run. To all these lazy kids that they have hired, what terrible service for just one customer literally

Ridiculous. Not only the service sucks but their food. I’ve gone to this locations multiple times because it’s the one closest to me. Their service is usually slow but this is my first time getting served burned croissants. Whoever manages this establishment needs to do better. I’m so upset how this store is still the same after years. Dunkin do better.

Customer service is 0. They barely care about customers and she was literally serving me while watching YouTube and not even listening to my order, the counter tops were so dirty it was scary. You could literally see donuts on the floor and crumbs all over.

This same drink today cost me $7.28 at this Laurel location.

I tried this place once again. Probably my fourth time visiting in a matter of two years. And once again failed miserably. I went through the drive-through and the guy told me to hold on. I waited a little over five minutes and he never got back with me so I drove off. The service here is always been terrible. Seems like every time I have visited. They have incompetent struggling individuals work in there.

This morning I ordered a latte and egg bites at the drive thru. "Certain guy" who didn't have a badge and didn't want to give me his name, treated me really badly. I had placed my order, but on my app when it asked to scan, a promotion appeared to scan to get a donut because I bought a drink and today is Wednesday. He didn't let me speak and was very rude. I asked the manager and he said he wasn't there and he didn't give me his name. I felt affected and didn't like the way I was treated. I do not recommend this place. I also work with clients daily and I treat my clients very politely. I don't accept being treated like this.
Lately this Dunkin’s has been very disappointing. The service is very slow, they are never stocked with all ingredients for some items and they keep messing up my orders even simply orders like blueberry coffee with 3 creams & 10 sugars. Taste the coffee no sugar at all!

The store is decent, but the donut selection is pretty bare bones. I've gone early, mid day, and late, and they never seem to have the same selection as independent Dunkin stores.
