Worst Dunkin ever, i go here just because it’s close to my work, they ALWAYS get my order wrong and today they over charged me. The check out screen said total of 7.80 something like that, tell me why i get to the window and she says 10.50, so i hand her the money and ask for a receipt, she charged me for items i didn’t order or even receive. Please fire whoever works at this location, there is one girl in particular with glasses and a ponytail, shorter young girl, she is terrible. I don’t usually leave reviews but for her i will.

This was my first time at this, the newest Dunkin' in Laurel. It will be my last.
1) It's Dunkin', so you know what you're getting food-wise. At least they have that going for them.
2) I came to this location for the Drive-Thru service, which is supposed to be fast. They're so slow here I still had to go inside.
3) The menu has the smallest selection I've seen at any Dunkin' in the area.
4) This location treats paying customers as if we can't be trusted to use the restroom. They've put electronic door locks on the restrooms so that paying customers can't even use them unless an employee opens it for you.
Bottom line, there's too many other locations in Laurel to put up with this nonsense. Take your business to a different Dunkin' nearby, this one doesn't deserve it.

I have been a customer for over 4 years, a person who usually comes for their coffee in the mornings but today I really just got the worst treatment in the world in your store, what a terrible service they provide, the cashier is fat and rude and the cashier is disrespectful, I was alone and they told me to feel sorry for a moment because they are busy having a conversation they were laughing and laughing no one wanted to help me so I turned around and left the place every time besides I have been buying my coffee for a week and now they don't know for anything, just as bad that the good people they had before are no longer there they should run. To all these lazy kids that they have hired, what terrible service for just one customer literally
Ridiculous. Not only the service sucks but their food. I’ve gone to this locations multiple times because it’s the one closest to me. Their service is usually slow but this is my first time getting served burned croissants. Whoever manages this establishment needs to do better. I’m so upset how this store is still the same after years. Dunkin do better.

Customer service is 0. They barely care about customers and she was literally serving me while watching YouTube and not even listening to my order, the counter tops were so dirty it was scary. You could literally see donuts on the floor and crumbs all over.
