First time at this location Servers Ms. Destiny and Mr. Juan were nice and welcoming. The coffees hot and ice were perfectly made. The donuts were fresh tasting and delicious. The place was clean, bright and well kept. We will definitely return. I highly recommend this location.

This review is based of a culmination of visits. Not just one. And the majority of them have been within the past 6 months.
This location is convenient. It is the closest one with a drive thru. However, they operate really slow. It's to the point that it shouldn't have one and just order ahead and pick it up.
The last couple of visits, either A. their ovens weren't working or B. they didn't have items on the menu. They need to start with informing people that are in the drive thru queue if things are down or if they have items. People wait 5-10 minutes in the queue and place their order and then are told we don't have xyz or our ovens are down.
You are better off going to the Burtonsville location or the other Laurel location next to the Wells Fargo. They are always stocked with what you need and don't have issues.

Worst Dunkin ever, i go here just because it’s close to my work, they ALWAYS get my order wrong and today they over charged me. The check out screen said total of 7.80 something like that, tell me why i get to the window and she says 10.50, so i hand her the money and ask for a receipt, she charged me for items i didn’t order or even receive. Please fire whoever works at this location, there is one girl in particular with glasses and a ponytail, shorter young girl, she is terrible. I don’t usually leave reviews but for her i will.

This was my first time at this, the newest Dunkin' in Laurel. It will be my last.
1) It's Dunkin', so you know what you're getting food-wise. At least they have that going for them.
2) I came to this location for the Drive-Thru service, which is supposed to be fast. They're so slow here I still had to go inside.
3) The menu has the smallest selection I've seen at any Dunkin' in the area.
4) This location treats paying customers as if we can't be trusted to use the restroom. They've put electronic door locks on the restrooms so that paying customers can't even use them unless an employee opens it for you.
Bottom line, there's too many other locations in Laurel to put up with this nonsense. Take your business to a different Dunkin' nearby, this one doesn't deserve it.
