Decent BBQ restaurant but certainly not the best around. After having lived in the southern US for many years I have pretty high standards for BBQ restaurants and this chain falls a bit below par but isn't by any means terrible. Mostly the serving size to price ratio isn't ideal as the meals are pretty small for what you pay but hey corporations love shrinkflation these days.

I ordered Barbeque chicken. The customer service was awesome. The manager Christine went over and above to get the best platter for me and family. I have to say this was the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I know I keep raving about the customer service. The food was perfect too. It was delicious and hot.

I was very impressed with Joanna and the entire staff when I came here for the first time. I feel like I said early I pray that you give her a bonus or a raise cuz she definitely earned you this five-star review.
Service is okay, not the best bqq (rather on the dry side). Several instances, bbq seems not so fresh. There is also no sause in box anymore, so there no option to grab these on the go.Ps.One instance (4th time), I had left a tip for the server for another table. The party she serviced at time was rude, loud, and abnoxious. They had only left her 1$ as tip, and the check was in two hundred range. As I closed my check, I added an extra 20 after confirming with her about that table (it disappointed me that folks could not leave a decent tip). She had thanked me and offered some corn bread to take home, but I had declined and thank her and to pay it forward to someone else.
I went to Famous Dave's for my birthday it was amazing as always. I had a really good time with my family and friends. I miss the one we had in Germantown md . I wish we still had one close by .
