I ordered a large cake for my son’s birthday recently. They misspelled the first letter of my son’s name from Samuel to Manuel. I saw it when I picked it up, was so upset and asked how did that happen. The seller called the manager and he stated the lady who makes the cake makes lots of mistakes and unfortunately I was one of them. My young son was so upset, they messed up my son’s BD party. They just offered &20 dollar refund, it’s should have been free or at least half price. I will not go back again!!!

Someone seriously left a one star review saying they were too embarrassed to serve the tiramisu cake to the guests because “it was too dry”? Either the bakery saw that review and made improvements or there was never anything wrong off the get-go. We just had a tiramisu cake made for a birthday and it’s important to remember it is a CAKE…not a regular tiramisu! Yes, it’s not going to have the same exact texture as a tiramisu because it’s literally a CAKE. With that being said I think they really hit the sweet spot in balancing the moistness vs. dryness level because you have two very different consistencies being mixed into one here… With a tiramisu being a lot more wet and a cake typically being more dry by comparison. Definitely would not call it “dry”. The best part is that if you want it more moist it tends to moisten over time in the fridge we noticed. Of course if you waited too long, it could start to get soggy. Not to mention, I actually love the fact that the cake was not too sweet. I saw another review on here complaining that their cake wasn’t sweet enough, but I think this is actually a plus because a lot of times cakes can be hard to eat because of how ridiculously rich they are from being so saturated in sugar. Our cake was an ease and a pleasure to eat(never felt too rich or that I had to put down the fork). Definitely would buy again 10/10.

I arrived on Monday, March 31, at four thirty in the afternoon and there was no one to serve. After a while, a young man came out. He didn't look and we were ignored. He continued looking at his phone and returned to the interior of the warehouse. I don't know how a business wants to have customers if there is no suitable staff for customer service. No one will want to go where there is no service. You can check the cameras at the time and date mentioned above.

But the sweets themselves, eh. I liked how they weren’t too sweet though. They seemed low on choices which was slightly disappointing. Java Chip frappe was good. The caramel cookies were surprisingly good too, again not sweet(good thing).
I’d say give them a try. We gotta support the small businesses!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I’m not sure where they got their inspo pictures from but there is NO WAY that the photos of the cakes they “made” were actually done by them. I spent hundreds of dollar on a cake that looked a hot mess and looked absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered not even the color or details matched ! I’ve been waiting for over 5 months for a response from the manager. What I asked for vs what I received is ultimately ridiculous!!!! *side not I asked for the picture of the pink cake but in a light purple color and got a grey cake instead *

I came in with a few friends last night and got the fruit tart which looked great i took a bite lastnight and went to eat the rest today and found a BUG baked into the tart crust, if I hadn’t picked it up to eat I wouldn’t have seen it and would’ve ate it. My friends also ate cake and other pastries from there, so it’s no telling if those had bugs.
