I was grumpy with a bad back pain plus headache plus still full from a very large lunch, but my wife wanted to check the place out. Turns out it was just what I needed. The fantastic service staff and super-entertaining chefs brightened me up very quick. The food was amazing as well. Definitely glad I went and will come back again! We sat at a table with a couple and their young son, who was celebrating his birthday. It was a lot of fun.

What's not to like! The chef cooked everything to order and everythingtasted delicous! We love coming here because of the food, not the show. Its a great place to celebrate a special occasion. The hibachi tables seat 8 to 10 guests. The food portion is enough to have some leftover for the next day. I would definitely recommend Ginza of Tokyo. The staff is super kind and friendly as well. They surprised me with a slice of cheesecake on the house for my birthday.

We come here pretty often and the food is good and fresh…depends on the cook. Kevin has great service and a good personality. We enjoyed the fast service and the conversations with the chef. Yum yum sauce is also top tier. Definitely would recommend a visit, or more.

Absolutely unmatched. I’ve travelled all over the world and have yet to go to any other Japanese steakhouse that competes with this place. From the staff all the way to the yum yum sauce. I have been a repeat customer for over 10 years. If you need a new go to spot for any occasion, this is absolutely it !!!!

I sat at the bar since I was a single. I was greeted with a friendly hello and immediately had a server. The seared tuna salad was excellent. I had the crab cake roll and kamakazi roll; both were excellent. I've travelled the world, including Japan, and this was in my favorites. I'll definitely return.
The food was ok. The bathroom was clean and we were greeted quickly.the chef was really nice and attentive to my kids.
We were sat immediately because it was extremely slow. Hardly no customers. My family of 6 was sat alongside a party of 2 (they were regulars who fine there once a week apparently).
The waitress rushed us to order as soon as we sat down. We barely sat down and just received 3 high chairs for the small ones and she was already asking for our order.

Next I ordered and the didn’t like the taste of anything. I feel like the chef put too much salt in everything (I’m not the only guest to feel this way). Next the waitress like never came back to the table to check on us after she got our orders and gave us drinks. Not to give a refill not to see if we were ok, nothing. We just never saw her again.
They included 20% tip which is fine. I normally tip over 20% (close to 50%) when I go out to eat with my kids because I know they’ll leave a big mess. But not this time. She can have the 20% that she did NOT earn but I definitely won’t be returning here.
The chef had a good personality but I would still say the “show” was mediocre compared to other hibachi restaurants we have dined at. And the food was REALLY salty I can’t emphasize that enough. Despite the taste of the food, the waitress really was the worst part of the visit.
I do NOT recommend.
