This ice cream shop has gone through a few iterations of management (from my understanding) but this current one is the best. The employees are really friendly and accommodating, prices aren’t too bad, and they have a consistently big variety of ice creams to pick from; I’ve only gotten ice cream, but there’s lots of other things too. They also pack the ice cream really far down in the cone, so there’s more than it looks like and it’s very spill-proof.If you’ve been here in the past few years and had a bad experience, you should definitely come back now! They’ve completely redone the interior as well. This is the best ice cream shop Laurel’s had in a decade, and I hope they’re able to keep it going.

The owner is rude, unpleasant and continued looking at his phone while I spoke..For a small family business that claims to go through the world spreading high fives I found that odd..thought maybe an off day but other comments say the same smh, their loss

I live right down the street from High Five and I would be a regular customer if they were consistent. Unfortunately, the business hours listed are not correct and regularly are closed with no explanation. They will close randomly on Fridays and you just never know when they're going to be open. I shouldn't have to check social media to see if they will be open or not. The smoothie bowls are great but overpriced in comparison to other businesses. Additionally, when I am able to catch them, they are very slow to fill orders to the point where I have seen people just walk out and not be served/spoken to at all and it was only two people in the shop... Wish I could support them.

Amazing! We went on Sunday and got ice cream, a wafflewhich, and a smoothie. I wish they were open more often, I'd go after work! I will definitely be going back for that creamy ice cream and perfect waffle.
