Hip hop chicken is always good if you like deep fried food and really sweet tea. Their chains are usually in the “not so nice” neighborhoods. There maybe seating to eat inside but I don’t recommend. Hip hop chicken is known for the white powdery season they put on anything fried to add more flavor. I would say they have the best fried chicken hands down. My friends and I often order for our casual get togethers. Their sides are good too. If you are craving fried chicken, Mac n cheese and greens with a large sweet tea that won’t disappoint, I recommend. Just remember to order “to go”.

I have been two at least two other Hip Hop Fish outlets, but, let me tell you, this is the BEST Catfish I have ever had. It is so good and well seasoned, you don't need ANY kind of sauce on it. Great all by itself and I love Tatar sauce! Here, I used it sparingly. Can't wait to go back again!

The best food in Maryland I’m a southern girl and this reminded me of home. Definitely some good ol Soul food exactly how soul food should taste it’s so satisfying it satisfies ya soul. My new favorite place. Will be here every chance I get. I also ordered a whole pickle out of the jar man the pickle was mad good too. Super fresh juicy and just plain good. Don’t think I had a pickle that tasted that good. Everything tasted like heaven seasoned well to the T.
