I’ve read the reviews left and mostly the negative ones to see if i was the only one that felt the same about their food but I see I’m not alone! Ordered a lunch shrimp fried rice with the egg drop soup the soup first off was in a half cup size bowl what a rip off then when i took the rice out i noticed there was only rice, a few onions bean sprouts and a small amout of shrimp! First time i ever ordered fried rice that looked like that no vegetables or egg and the flavor was even more bland no flavor what so ever! The old owners which i knew hhave a nice sized linch portion and it was very tasty! Anyone who gives a good rating definitely has no idea on what good food it supposed to taste like! It most definitely has gone down hill from what it used to be. Shame how these places cut corners shrink portions and charge more will not return to this restaurant

I got my usual. Pepper steak & onions and chicken & broccoli. With the lunch menu you can add an egg roll for $.50. My total bill was $19. Service was fast and my food was fresh and delicious. No place for seating.

Hunan China is the best take out Chinese restaurant I ever been to. The food is delicious. I ordered steak egg rolls, orange chicken, vegetable fried rice and wonton soup. The food wasn't burn, vegetable fried rice had lots of different kinds of vegetables and the orange chicken was soft and juicy. When i'm in the area again I will stop by and order again.

First - the food is bomb. If you gather nothing else from my review please know that it is DELICIOUS. I’ve lived in the area for some years now - and I’ve never once had a delay in my order (more often than not it’s ready before the time they initially give me). Beyond that - the food comes out piping hot and fresh and y’all it really is delicious. On my latest excursion to this establishment I ordered sesame chicken and pork fried rice and ALL WHITE MEAT plus perfectly seasoned fried rice? Like come on lol they are really amazing. So please give them a shot and take the negative reviews with a grain of salt - I’ve noticed a lot of folks leaving negative reviews have had issues with timeliness and other situations that honestly have nothing to do with the food. And don’t come even slightly close to the majority of experiences listed. So, because I really love this place - I wanted to chime in! Come through and let them bless you!

The food was cooked in record time while I waited. The dishes I ordered- General Tso Shrimp: not crispy, soggy and the sauce used was the sweet and sour sauce- terrible. The Black Pepper Pork was Pepper Steak with Pork meat- terrible. The Shrimp Toast was a Pork mixture paste to pass for a Shrimp mixture paste. The Egg Rolls- ok filing but the shell wrapping was very thin like skimmed using very thin shell paper. The environment- there was too much yelling and arguing in the restaurant and back in the kitchen. We will not be going back and there are too many other Chinese restaurants that make high-quality food in the area. This is a very low quality level of Chinese food. Rating 3 thumbs down!! Please read this review. It is honest and authentic. Thank you.
