As you can see, the food. Service were not bad, but the Female Restroom had a DISGUSTING smell from the sitting water down in the pipes or really dirty mop!! Thank goodness we used hand sanitizer at the table and did use the restroom until after we ate because we would have left..it was a sickening smell!!!

I have nothing to complain about my food was hot delicious and accurate. My server was polite and on point with a smile. My only suggestion and maybe this is based on where I was sitting only buuuutt every movement the family behind me made in their booth I experienced it on my end. This is the very 1st booth on the left once entering the dining hall.I've also ordered take out from here and never had an issue with my food or service.Parking: Parking is limited and the entry location is weird.

My family and I eat at this location very often. We always get good servers, it’s always clean and the food is always made well. This evening we had exceptionally great service. Our server Lakisha was pleasant, patient and kind with our kids and the manager Hector actually walked around and asked if we were enjoying our food or needed anything. Even though it was “just” a meal at ihop they made our experience very pleasant.

Took my mom tonight. The staff was absolutely lovely. So friendly and attentive. Food was great. Thank you because my mom hasn't been in since my dad passed away in August and she and he used to frequent this IHOP. Will definitely be back.
