The food was raw and I had food poisoning for 3 days after do not recommend

Staff were completely absent on a Thursday, and their beer availability is a mixed bag.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.

Out of the way location, actually somewhat hard to find even for Google maps. The layout is kind of a separate bar and food truck format, which is fine. Chique industrial vibe. Every single person I encountered that worked there was more than awesome, they stood out above everything. The food... My wife got the Chicken strips, I got the 75 day dry aged burger, upgraded to o truffle fries. Their fries are good but very pungent with garlic. We actually took a lot of them home and recooked them in our air fryer and both agreed they were far better. The chicken strips were soft, moist, crispy batter, but the extra batter flavor was just hard to place, we agreed that it tasted like it was trying to be fancy. Same with the burger. The burger I ordered was medium, I'd say it was closer to medium rare / rare which I'm fine with, but when you're buying a $30 burger... I personally found the burger to be extremely unique and really liked it. My wife could have passed on the bay leaf blend. I really liked the unique flavors. It's not a large burger and not something I'd get again but I did enjoy it. Oh, their beer is awesome on every level so there's that!

Pleasant place to eat and have some beers. Their seating seems plentiful and I’ve only seen it full a few times. The beers are pretty good. All of the food I’ve hear has been great (apps and steak). The staff is also friendly. While this would be a 4.5 score if I could do 1/2 points I just wish this place stayed open later in the weekends and played the audio with sports games

There was music with explicit lyrics playing during lunch. I'm thankful that I didn't have my children with me this time.

Kid-friendliness: The music that was playing had explicit lyrics.

Fired a guy after only a few days for asking to change a shift so he could attend an important appointment for his wife, who has stage 3 cancer. Don't give them your money.

I have a couple of favorite beers here. One of them is extra special lady friend. You must try this. I am sure you’ll fall in love with it.

they are a horrid company that has zero empathy for their staff. they fired an employee simply because their spouse had aggressive cancer and needed an emergency procedure that the employee needed to be there for. absolutely disgusting.

How is it a 'red flag' for an employee to prioritize accompanying his wife to a cancer surgery, while offering to still come work later? This brewery and its management are a bunch of walking red flags to lack empathy to this degree and to go as far as to refer to cancer as "too much going on???" Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible company. They fired one of their employees for needing to be there for his wife's cancer procedure. He even offered to work around and even come in after. They fired him for "not being committed". Don't support this trash place.

REVISED: First, beer taste is preference. I think Jailbreak has generally average beer. Every once in a while they have a great beer. van damnit is great; some of the seasonals are great. Second, the food is amazing and has always been; however, some menu item are overpriced. $12 for fries is excessive. And that’s up 100% in 4 years. 75 cents of potatoes for $12. On the other hand, the $16 burger is excellent and actually probably worth the price. Thankfully it’s only up $1 over the years, but it’s still pricey. Chips were unseasoned, but they do have old bay, salt, and malt vinegar to try to spicen them up. Though this should be done in the kitchen. Environment is good; Cool place. If you are a beer snob and want amazing beer, sapwood cellars is the place to go.

Great experience. Great beer selection and the whiskey list is awesome and reasonably priced. I took it easy on food, but you can go hard with their amazing aged proteins. Happy staff! One of the best breweries I've been to. Cheers!

Food not the best. Service & drinks were very good. The atmosphere is also great. Not a good place for food.

Didn't even get a chance to eat here. My mother and I got passed over at the bar for patrons that came after us. The employees didn't even acknowledge us at any point.
