I have been to a LOT of breweries and have to say the food here ranks among the top, not just in quality and flavor but variety as well. The (Korean) steak frites was very flavorful, the jerk chicken cheesesteak was a great find, and could not get enough of the Parmesan fries. The beers of course are great with also quite the variety from the more popular Lady Friend (and variations) hazy IPA to the super robust Dusk til Dawn stouts. Staff was super friendly as well.
I had a really great experience. It is still a brewery at the end of the day, but the dry aged steak that I had and the way it was served was at the level of a high-end restaurant. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly and I'm a very picky steak eater. The beer was also exceptionally good would definitely come back here again.
We have made jailbreak one of our favorite spots when we are in the area. We recently had a dry aged fish and a steak board. To say we were amazed and impressed doesn’t even describe how fantastic the food was and how much we enjoyed it. In addition to the excellent food the staff was top notch to make sure we knew what each item on the boards were. It is something we will definitely do again.
