Jersey Mike's Subs

Had a business trip in the area so I stopped by for lunch. Staff was very welcoming. Establishment was very clean. Tables were available in a cozy corner and my super sub was def SUPER. Def was an excellent choice for lunch. We all enjoyed our visit.

I used to get my sub from Jersey Mike's located at 13600 Baltimore Ave, Laurel, for years. I never had any complaints. The service was very good, and the subs were delicious. This location is now closed and has been replaced by the new one at 14930 Silver Trail Lane in Laurel. I was excited, because it is now a couple of minutes from my house. We have ordered three times from here and found the sub to be lacking. It is not bad, but it just does not taste as good—it is missing the Jersey Mike's flavor. I drove almost 4 miles to the Russett Greens Jersey Mike's yesterday and was able to get the same delicious sub that I used to at the Baltimore Ave location. The sub at Russet Greens was light-years better than the one at Silver Trail. I'm not sure why the staff at Silver Trail cannot get it right. Perhaps the Silver Trail staff needs to be retrained. Management, please fix this!

I ordered three different subs online order. There is no option to add extra toppings or sauces. The subs were SUPER dry. And if you know you know subs should not be dry!!

Went there earlier for a lunch break and the most kindest lady named Sandy Seaapple with the big green hair served me all the way up! She smelled like sesame seed oil but she knew how to make a sub! Super efficient and patient! 5 stars all across the board.

Let me start out by saying I wasn't there to make friends just to get a sandwich, but damn, they could be a little nicer. I've only ever eaten at the Jersey Mike's by my house and I've always had a good experience and great food. I got this same exact thing that I get at the location by my house and I swear it was half the meat and a lot smaller. I always get the cheese steak in a wrap with mushrooms and bacon. This place gave me a few mushrooms and one slice of bacon. I will give them another chance to see if it was just one of those days

I called numerous times about my order once i placed it on uber eats and no one answered then when they answered they acted as if my concerns were irrelevant and irritating to deal with. Im adding a photo showing i called called 19 times before answer one answered and they were actually hanging up too

Friendly and efficient staff, and my chicken bacon ranch sub absolutely slammed!

Gabriel had horrible customer service and would look at me and laugh.

My husband and I both came to Jersey mikes in Laurel. We had been earlier that week with no problems. We went back after originally having a great experience this last Friday 3/14/25. My husband got the turkey and provolone with mustard and pickles, I got the #8 Mikes way with mayo, mustard, and pickles. About 30 or so minutes my husband began getting hot flashes, and stomach cramps leading to diarrhea. Later in the evening I began getting stomach cramps and a headache, I laid down for a nap and woke up with extreme nausea. I then proceeded to throw up everything for about 30-40 minutes. Today 3/15 I am still having stomach cramps and now diarrhea. Safe to say my previously enjoyed experience is tarnished after this… you try throwing up shredded lettuce and vinegar :D I wouldn’t recommend it

I order club sub bowl 3/14 on there app for pick up and basically there was No lettuce and what little I tasted was very tainted very disappointed I Don't have money to Waste!

I visited this location on February 19th 2025. I was in Laurel for a meeting that day we drove in from Baltimore city however I went to Jersey Mike’s for lunch and I must admit this was the best mushroom portobello sandwich that I’ve had at any other Jersey Mike’s that I visited thus far. The sandwich maker made the sandwich to perfection. I actually wanted to drive back the next week to visit that specific store.
