Kabu Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi

My girlfriend and I came here for the first time and had an amazing experience. The host, Lay, gave me a rundown of everything on the menu and suggested some favorites. She was very very helpful and sweet considering this was our first time at a hibachi restaurant. Because of how nice and amazing she is we came back again the next day. Irene and Joann were very nice as well and were attentive to our table. Very great people!

Had a great experience at Kabu Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun, but what really stood out was the host, Lay. They were super friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we walked in. We were seated quickly and felt taken care of the whole time. Definitely coming back!

Visited Maryland for the first time and loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. The host was welcoming and our server left a memorable experience. Will definitely visit again!

The Happy Hour prices were great! The place was clean and very nice. The food was only ok. If you're looking for high quality sushi, this is not the place for you. The sushi was ok but not great. The pineapple fried rice was good. I didn't have the hibachi but maybe next time.

This was absolutely horrible. The food had no flavor. The service was bad. The steak tasted like leather. We spoke to the manager and they didn’t care at all. Waste of money. Stay away!! We paid for Filet and got a thin steak. The shrimp tasted like mush.

Went to Kabu yesterday, sat at the bar to order a,Cadillac margarita, the server Anna is extremely warm, helpful, and makes you come back all the time. The drinks are amazing. Made to perfection. Anna is the best.

The hibachi was really amazing. The place is really nice as well. I feel like the service could have been a little better but it wasn't too bad.
