I was behind schedule in ordering a cake for my son’s birthday and found the Kake Korner about 2 weeks before his party. I gave them my inspo pics, budget and guest count and they let me know 2 weeks was enough time. The cake came out exactly as I imagined plus it tasted great! The service was great; they walked me through my options and how I could have exactly what I wanted within budget with minor changes. They were very easy to work with and a great value for my money. I was so impressed with the entire experience I can’t wait to order from them again for our next celebration. They made everything easy and took a lot of the pressure off me as I juggled a million things.

I love Kake Korner. They really outdid themselves with my daughter’s baby shower cake. I came to them with an idea and they sure did showed up and out. This is why I come back every time, and the cake is moist and delicious !
I've been using Kake Korner for over 10 yrs now, and I can say, that in the Kake department, they have never disappointed! From my baby shower cake (11 yrs. ago), to my son's first bday cake and more recently, my husband's 40th bday cake. You should read this review. We have been using Kake Korner for years, from Pre-K until our child’s recent UMD (Go Kermit! Go Terps!) graduation. We have always leaned towards the cupcake cakes, as they have always worked for the kids (big kids and the ones at heart, too). We have been responsible for the design of the cake(s). Kake Korner has always nailed the customization and personalized view of them. Our choices have been popular childhood characters, sports, goth, COVID, bats, gamer related, etc. Kake Korner never backed down or denied an artistic request, large or small. Most recently, we were going to order 3 cupcake cakes each with 20 cupcakes. The cake expert suggested that we order 2 cupcake cakes, each with 30 choc/vanilla cupcakes. This idea was less expensive and easier to manage at the venue. Plus, the option to pay half now and half later was a bonus. There has always been an audible reaction from the guests, when we open the pink boxes. This time was no different, as we added a parents cake (with pics) to commemorate the event. The smell is absolutely unbelievable, no words. We ended up donating the remaining cupcakes to a MOCO Fire Department. They were elated and commented on the scent of the dessert. Our child and friends especially love the icing, there were no cupcakes remaining after the high school (COVID) graduation. Thank you, Kake Korner! You are and were the #1 dessert choice for our celebratory events. Kake Korner has always provided the best service. Until next time, thank you!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kake Korner! They made the most stunning Coraline-themed cake for my daughter's 21st birthday, and it was beyond perfect! Every single detail was flawless — Coraline herself looked absolutely perfect, from her expressive face to her iconic blue hair, which even had the most realistic texture.
The cat was crafted with such precision, and its fur looked so lifelike. The buttons, the eerie tree, the incredible colors — every element captured the magical, slightly spooky vibe of Coraline perfectly. It was clear that a lot of love, skill, and artistry went into this cake.
Not only did it look like a masterpiece, but it tasted amazing too! The CAKE (almond-flavored) was to die for — moist, flavorful, with the perfect balance. Honestly, they should have a reality TV show.
I have been a customer for YEARS, and they have only gotten better. Customer service is super cool — you give them an idea, and WOW.

The Kake Korner did an absolutely beautiful job on my daughter’s birthday cake! She is a huge Wicked movie fan and she was delighted to see her cake this year! I can’t thank them enough and it was delicious! I highly recommend the Kake Korner- there’s no place better in this area

Kake Korner is absolutely amazing! They did two custom cakes for me in the past 2 months. A custom 25 SpongeBob cake for me and a birthday cake for my father. I will be a forever patron of Kake Korner - even though I live quite far away! The cakes are always delicious and moist, we never have any leftovers.
