They made a cake for my dad’s military funeral at Arlington. The cake ended up being more spectacular beyond my imagination!!! And it was absolutely delicious!!!! The cake was so moist and the decorations were impeccable. I ended up giving several of our guests the name of this bakery! I will use them any time I need a cake and you should also.

I went to Kake Korner yesterday afternoon to put in a cupcake order for a birthday party I am hosting. The female patron who was there, who I am assuming was one of the owners (she had grey hair) acted as if I was a bother from the moment I walked in. She had a really bad attitude, though I’m sure she would disagree. By looking at a few other reviews, surely everyone else can’t be the problem. She was annoyed and impatient when I only desired to give her business and get my cupcake order filled. Her conduct left such a bad taste in my mouth that I did not even trust this business with my order and left without purchasing anything. Treat everyone with graciousness no matter what they look like. I will never support a business that does not believe in that wholeheartedly.

Had a great experience with Kake Korner! At first I was a little disappointed I had to go in to place the order, but I’m really glad I did! We got to try a few cake flavors and see the actual size of the cake. Both times we went in there (Saturday afternoon) they were pretty busy which is a good sign. They communicated with me well via email, in person, and by phone. The cake is exactly what I was expecting and everyone loved it! They offered to add flowers and butterflies, but I decided to add my own to match the decor. I can’t wait to need another cake and go back! They also sell individual cupcakes and cake slices, so I may go back sooner when I’m in the area. We have other bakeries closer to home but none of them beat their price and customer service. Thank you Kake Korner!

The staff all are so welcoming once you enter the place. Prices are great! And cupcake display & free samples are amazing. MUST try if you're in the area. They have been here for 50 years coming up on year 51 if I'm not mistaken. They've been here through all of Laurel,Md changes over the years!
