I always place an order for meat pie, puff puff, and fish rolls for our church at Kings Way. The order was placed on Thursday, with pickup scheduled for Sunday at 12:30 pm. I arrived at 12:45 pm, but my order was not ready. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes while they kept telling me they were packing it. Their time management is poor, and they don't apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience; they seem to think it's normal to waste people's time. This happens consistently.
I ordered via UberEats on Juneteenth from this restaurant that I had LONG wanted to try. Wait time said 30-45 mins I believe which was fine given the day and because I couldn’t get out with my kids in this heat to get something. After waiting the ENTIRE allotted time and watching my delivery person continually circle the block and then go to pick it up when it was “ready”, I get a call from the restaurant saying they didn’t have what I ordered. I ordered chicken red stew and inya. It was hot and delicious!!! My only problem.... I want MORE!!!!
