Ah, man. Okay. The food was fantastic. The server, Ryan D. in the Laurel, MD location, not so much. I wish I had a dollar for every time he walked past my table with my empty cup at the end. He was bad at refilling our drinks. He didn't bring the correct amount of eating utensils the first time for the amount if people sitting at our table. We also needed a fork and had to ask for that more than once - Yo, I had to ask Ryan more than once for everything. Not enough chopsticks. And he'd even walk by and look at us, but he wasn't paying attention. Like, bro, why are you even looking over here if you're not interested in noticing how you can help us and what we need? He just needs a lot more practice as a server because... damn. Whether it's napkins, the correct amount of eating utensils, drink refills or clearing trash from the table that has been there for 20 minutes, he simply leaves a lot to be desired. Not one apology. Not a "thank you, have a good night." None of us were impressed by his service. Don't allow him to wait tables on a busy night until he learns how to be a better server. Food was great though! Definitely go eat at K-Pot because the food is so good. Just don't sit in Ryan's section.

Marlene was an amazing waitress. Before my husband and I could ask for something it seemed as though Marlene read our minds because she was already on her way with what we had in mind. Marlene constantly checked on us, was very helpful, and even offered to start cooking our Korean BBQ for us. It was an enjoyable Saturday night dinner with Marlene as our waitress.

I ate here for the first time on 8/29 and everything was excellent including my waiter. It is reasonably priced, food is great and ambiance is nice. My second time as of today 9/23 my experience was not to pleasant. Natalie is the worst server I have ever encountered. I arrived when it first opened at noon and usually people are fresh friendly and polite since the shift just began. She was non responsive when I ask questions and when I said thank you. Her energy was off putting and I was tempted to request a new waiter. She needs to work on her attitude and customer service. Not sure if I will like to return to this location.

First time eating here with coworkers. We got the all you can eat Hotpot. They also had a little bar with sauces, kimchi, seaweed salad, chicken wings, fruits, dessert, etc. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed ourselves and were stuffed! We'll be back again.

Food was amazing! It was so many options my mind was blown. It’s all you can eat. And for extra $5 you can do the soup and add whatever you want. I’m thinking about making this a twice a month thing. For 2 people and 2 alcohol drinks the bill came up to $108. I think my sister was saying it’s about $30 a person. I tried some new stuff and some of my favorites.
