Very nice and clean, came for my first time having kpot. The food and the broths were amazing, clean and simple flavors. The sauce bar has great options as well as snacks to stimulate the appetite. Great and fun way to spend an evening! Our server Issac was attentive and very helpful. After accidentally dropping my chopsticks, he had new ones ready to go RIGHT away. Thank you for such good hospitality and care!

The Fantastic Family
I hate that I am giving this restaurant a bad review. I have always spoke highly of this place until today when the waitress reminded us to leave after paying for our food and giving her tips. I have visited this particular location three times before today and was never aware of the two hour stay. My friend and I decided to meet for dinner since the last time we saw each other in September 2025. Therefore we stopped our order 45 minutes before our 2 hours was up. We couldn’t even finish our meal because we’ve had enough. We were just there catching up and smiling and laughing when the waitress reminded us that our time up and that we had to leave. My friend and I looked at each other in shock. I was waiting for my ride to pick me up when she approached us. The waitress was extremely professional and we don’t blame her for the senseless company policy. She deserves a 5 star. The company rating is a 2 star. There were vacant tables while we were discussing and asked to leave.
We decided to leave the table and wait in the front for my ride. I asked to speak to the manager and we questioned, trying to understand the 2 hour time they are giving customers to stay. We did let them know this is an effective approach to retaining their customers but she kept on saying this is the policy.
I have experienced this in my entire life until today that customers could be asked to leave the restaurant due to some senseless policy. I’ll rather take my business elsewhere.
