Nice establishment. Our first time trying Korean BBQ. The first server we had seemed super uninterested in giving us an overview, but we figured it was probably because his shift was just about to be over. The replacement server went above and beyond and was very attentive knowing that we were first timers. The meats (You have a choice) comes out fresh and you cook it yourself, so how could you go wrong. The sauce bar with other items and appetizers were a hit with my family because we were able to try sauces that we wouldn't ordinarily have tried. Drinks were strong and tasty. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant was clean.

I love the layout of this place. Cool bar in the middle and neon lights every where. There’s a sauce and hot food bar. Wings are piping hot when they come out. I got the kbbq and it was quality here. Meats were delicious and quantity it small but it is ayce so just order more. Great place to take the family as they have seating for large parties and they sing you happy birthday. Android tablets kept lagging and we had to tell the servers every now and then

Great service, amazing food. And it's all very quick to get to your table.
Food was ok. Portions were small after cooking the chicken and shrimp we didn’t want our 2 portions of the 4 meals we paid for and they wouldn’t of course allow us to pay for just our kids. Which is fine I’ll never go back. We had dishes sitting while other tables were cleaned without asking.

It’s our first time visiting this Kpot branch in Laurel. The appetizer section offers less variety of food than the other Kpot branch. We do have a good experience with our server - Phillip who checked on us regularly and even changed our grill plate to a new one. The meat choices for lunch are good but there were very limited vegetables selection for lunch than the other Kpot branch. We do like the customer service so we’re coming back to this branch. I think if customers are well looked after, then the dining experience is better even if the selection is less than the other branch.
