A friend ordered a simple meal: chicken, vegetables, and plantains. 30 minutes later, his meal arrived. When he arrived, the restaurant was empty and he watched as several patrons, came, ordered and ate….but still no meal for him. What’s worse? No one checked in with him on the status of his meal, after he paid, and one of the waitresses had a shot at the bar with friends. As new customers’s arrived, a waitress quickly greeted them with a smile, but showed no interest in serving the customer who was already seated and waiting. Oh, the food…plantains were good, but the chicken was dry as the desert. As my friend finally conveyed that they could cancel the order, someone ran to the back, and came out with a crumbled bag of…dry chicken. Avoid this restaurant. The service is poor and the food doesn’t make up for it.

Have gone twice both times were not welcoming wait for 15 min just for someone to recognize I'm waiting to order wanted something simple so ask for shrimp cocktail and got ceviche also order carne plate and it was mediocre to say the least portions were small and item were overpriced not worth

Gabriel was a fantastic server! He was attentive but not overbearing. The steak quesadilla was on point! And the tamarindo drink/juice is a must....very good. Hubby and I also enjoyed our glass of wine.

Great service. Gabriel was friendly, knowledge and pro. Had the NY steak. Cooked well and good seasoning. Potatoes and green beans also had good flavor. Only gripe was music was a bit too loud for me.
