We ordered a pound of boneless wings to try before placing a catering order for our Christmas open house. After picking them up and opening at home the order was extremely tiny. I weighed them and they came in at 5.2 ounces. During the call to the store to ask for a refund, the "manager" to whom I was referred wanted to provide a credit. When I mentioned this was my second unpleasant experience with this location and I would prefer a refund, I was hung up on. Although we do enjoy a Ledo's pizza, it's not worth the chance that business with them ends in disappointment. We won't be going back.
Post Script: After responding to the "Owners" bot reply as requested, I got the response I fully expected - crickets...

Excellent service and food👍🏽! We dined in with a large group and the two young ladies (blonde hair and dark brown hair) in the front were very kind to us!
They made sure that we had everything we ordered and checked on our table. We also had children with us who didn't really know what they wanted but the one young lady with the dark hair was patient. We also got our food in a timely manner. I will be back!

This place used to be one of my favorite pizza spots in Laurel. However, when I visited today, I noticed the staff had changed, and everyone there is of Indian descent. The first thing I saw was that the male employees were not wearing hairnets; the only person with a hairnet was a woman in a hijab. The men were making pizza with their hair exposed and without gloves. Having lived in Laurel for over 10 years, I will not be returning to this establishment. It seems that whenever they allow new ownership, (Indians) health and sanitation rules are not followed, as if they are in their own country. Since I get very ill from food poisoning, I will not return and plan to call the health department and Ledo's corporate office on Monday. Oh, and let's not forget the old Indian uncle just walking back there watching the guys make pizza without his head covered either just disgusting.

Always have great experiences here. The marinara sauce has a sweetness too it that I've never had anywhere else. And I love the square pizza!

Terrible customer service girl working front has poor attitude and should not be working customer service if she doesn’t want to help people. Would not spend my money there again or eat it if it was free. Shocked they are apart of the ledos franchise

At this location the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and the service is ALWAYS "WORLD CLASS 😋 The service is sooooooo fast even if you go into the store and order at the counter. They also have a few tables if you would like to sit down with family and friends to have a meal. They also have lunch deals on pizza, wings, sandwiches, salad, and much more.😋 🥗🥤🍰🥗🍕🥪🫔🌯🍜 You also can order through the app and sign up for My Ledo Rewards and earn points towards FREE food.

Worst service ever. I ordered two steak and cheese with fries to go over $28 dollars. When I got home one order was missing the fries. I called and the lady's response was we read the order wrong accidents happen. I said how can you get a simple order wrong. No one is perfect she said, You can come get the fries or we can credit your card. That was her response. No apologies these business forget good customer service is necessary when you work with clients. These employees lack customer service. All it takes is a simple apology we made a mistake. I will never be back there again.

My family enjoyed the pizza on Tuesday 08/13. I called to order and there was a little mix up in what I ordered. I came in and the manager Tim was more than patient, abundantly professional, more than friendly and welcoming. He made me the exact pizza that my family wanted with the regular bacon and not the pre-cooked, crispy bacon. He even took the time to inform me of how to order in the future to avoid any confusion. He was such a pleasant man and so efficient at his job. I rarely leave reviews and almost forgot to come on here and sing his praises. Give that man a raise and never lose Tim! He is a tremendous asset to your team!

Ordered online showed up when it was suppose to be ready and it wasn't so I sit there for 25 min to find out my pizza was never made. Spend more somewhere else ain't worth maybe getting a pizza
