Worst Little Caesars I've been to -- under-baked items and truly terrible customer service. I called in to ask for a refund on an item I didn't receive and was told that was impossible since they'd have to refund the whole order, which they don't do. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no since they'd just say the same thing to me. Then they simply hung up on me! This isn't the first time I've had bad service from them, but it will certainly be the last.

I ordered 3 pizzas with a 2 liter soda online. Once it arrived at my house the dasher gave me a 20 fluid ounce soda. I questioned her to why it was a 20 fluid ounce and not a 2 liter and the dasher said she told the person from little Caesar when picking up my order that is was the 2 liter on my order not a 20 fluid oz bottle, but the person who works at little Caesar insisted that the order was correct. But it was not correct. It makes me wonder who doesn’t know the difference between a 2 liter and a 20 fluid oz bottle. This is ridiculous because I did not get the right size soda that I ordered. Also I tried to call their store and they don’t even have a working phone. They really need to pay attention to the order to make sure it is fully correct. I always ordered from here and never had any issues before, this is the first time this has happened, which makes me wonder what happened.

The lady who waited on me, which I'm assuming. Was the manager act like she couldn't understand english when I started asking questions also would not stop talking on Her phone had her ear piece in her ear. The entire time I was there waiting for my food even ordering my food. She was on the phone talking to someone in her ear. Worst location I've ever been to. To top it all off they wasn't even that good. You live you learn won't be back
